Boynton-McKay has undergone many changes over the last 20 years I have been in Camden, and is now a great year round breakfast hangout for the locals as well as tourists in town. Good coffee, good food and great ambience, especially from the front window from where one can watch the world pass you by.

Really enjoyed this quick stopover for lunch, terrific slow-cooked brisket and then a great chicken tikka masala. Very responsive staff, tasty food, fun environment. Highly recommended!

Boynton McKay in Camden ME is a real throw-back to "the good ole days." Just met my daughter for breakfast here two days ago...steel cut oatmeal with blueberries, buttermilk pancakes, REAL maple syrup, and coffee. Basic, but OH SO GOOD!! Snow falling in BIG flakes outside, warm and welcoming inside. Pick a table or sit by the window watching the... More

Loved this place. A bit pricey but creative menu and wonderful food. Had the egg skillet #1 and the pork carnitas tacos. Both were great. Recommended.

This place has character. It is hard to describe. Part traditional diner, part funky. Great coffee and breakfast options. My favorite is the omelet with spinach, wild mushroom and goat cheese. Or maybe the meat lovers skillet, with scrambled eggs and breakfast meats over home fries. Order at the counter, and they will deliver to your table. My only complaint... More

Great great food. Eight of us had breakfast. Everyone loved the food and service. I can attest that the pancakes were perfectly griddles. Worth the wait!!

Very good food, crowded, self-service with tables to eat at located in heart of Camden. Had a yummy vegetarian wrap with goat cheese that was delicious but would suggest ordering to go and walk across the street and sit in the beautiful park over looking the harbor if weather permits. Very reasonable prices for organic lunch! Will return for sure... More

We didn't mean to end up here but we were so happy we did. The vibe is great and the menu is eclectic and extensive. It's a casual and fun joint with staff who make you feel like you've been their friends for years.

This is a small restaurant, and it can be challenging to find a seat sometimes, but you can always take food to go. I love going in here for breakfast, and they have the best breakfast burritos. All the food is hot, fresh ingredients, and cooked to order. I would never say no to going here!
