We were directed here by our hosts at Beloin Cottages and figured they were friends since it's next door. They may be friends, but the recommendation was spot on. My husband got their lobster roll. Now, we've been in Maine on vacation for 5 days from Kittery to Oqunquit to Perkins Cove to Freeport and he's had a lobster roll... More

Great lobster rolls and light, tasty fried clams. A great treat to take back to our hotel. Off the grid and not full of tourists...love it!

Looks like a roadside stand, but earned it's stars! Great burgers and fries - not a frozen patty but handmade from real ground beef. We were fortified for hiking in Camden Hills State Park. Would stop there again.

We read reviews and decided to try this - scallops, haddock, lobster roll, onion rings, ice cream. All were well prepared - if forced to select the best? Scallops - not greasy at all, cooked just right. Super nice people. Take cash or credit. TRY it!!!

This is our new favorite fish and chips take out when we are in Camden, Maine. Their recipes are very good and the ice cream is wonderful too!

We were camping at Camden Hills SP just 100 yards up the road from this great take out spot. I ordered the fresh lobster roll and got the breaded and fried haddock sandwich for my husband. The lobster roll was $13.99 and contained a generous helping of claw and tail meat on a buttered bun and the haddock sandwich was... More

If your in the Camden, Maine area do not overlook this wonderful little gem! They change the fry oil daily which makes some of the best fried seafood you'll find. Generous portions with a laid back, outdoor style. Prices can't be beat too! Stop in and be happy!

We tried this on a whim after reading the reviews and were delighted with the the lobster rolls. The fries were good too. Friendly service rounded out the experience. A week later we chose Mount Battie Takeout again, this time for clams and scallops. Once again, we were delighted with the quality preparation and freshness of the food, plus the... More

I skipped over Mount Battie Take Out when I first arrived in Camden and opted for a place someone recommended and got a meal I couldn't eat so I decided I had nothing to lose. I was so glad I stopped second time around. I opted for fish n chips which is an unusual choice for me. I loved every... More
