We were planning on visiting their sister restaurant 3 crow in Rockland, but it's gone out of business. We showed up early for happy hour because we have a 2 year old and find eating early in emptier restaurant is a little easier. They told us we couldn't come in with a child because they weren't allowed in the bar.... More

This is one of those rare places where you start of skeptical and end up arriving and are blown away. We had been to their sister restaurant in Rockland (which we liked but the staff was a bit lame) and wanted to try this. We were blown away. Super attentive bartenders, amazing food (Risotto was unreal) and just a really... More

Bartenders are friendly and the half price drinks and bar food - delicious. People willing to move to squeeze you in - at the bar.

My almost 13 year old and myself had a sojourn to the area... Camden and surroundings. Having had a wonderful experience with 40Paper earlier this year, I decided to treat her. Our appetizers probably would have sufficed to fill us up! Mussels and a bowl of soup that was HUGE and zestfully tasty... But our hangar steak was TO DIE... More

We found 40 Paper on our first trip to Camden last October. We enjoyed it so much, that on our second visit this November, we had to go again. Great atmosphere, delicious cuisine. We'll be there again.

Amazingly great food we did not expect. On the higher side cost wise, but worth every mouthful. If your a foodie, I recommend it.

It aws It was the perfect dinner for a cold, rainy night in Camden and 40 Paper was exactly the right combination of warm ambience and fabulous Italian fare. We enjoyed a lovely and large arugula salad that had a very light dressing then both enjoyed hearty pasta dishes that were some of the best pastas we have had ever.... More

I read a blog about the Camden area that mentioned this place and we made a point to stop by for the happy hour, which is everyday form 4-6pm. They offer a nice variety of fun mixed drinks as well as other beverages for great prices. They also offer an assortment of small apps, all of which looked good. My... More

Located in the century-old Knox Mill, our bistro is situated on top of the Megunticook River, just between the two waterfalls. At Brevetto, our modern Italian bistro cuisine is designed to pair perfectly with our extensive– and almost exclusively Italian– wine list. Brevetto is Italian for “patent,” and throughout the restaurant you will find turn-of-the-century schematics of wine presses and odd, out-dated food machines. In stark contrast to the complicated workings of a “salami washing machine,” our menu is simple and straightforward. We feature a large menu with a range of grilled pizzas, Italian pastas, and a variety of entrées. In addition to our extensive wine list, we also have a full bar with artisan draft beers and liquors. Enjoy your dinner in our inviting dining room, or on our waterfront deck. Relax with an obscure Italian red wine at our bar, or an extra-dry gin martini on the leather sofa. Brevetto has some of the best of both worlds, right in downtown Camden.
