My husband and I ate here on a Labor Day weekend after a 30 minute wait to get a table, but no regrets at all. The scallops were THE BEST I have ever had! The maple glaze was perfect! My husband’s steak tips were also...very good. Ample portions and good selections of sides to accompany the entrees. We will go back again soon! Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu choices. A very nice experience.More

Just got back from dinner at Campfire Grill. We almost didn’t stay because of the wait time but we are all so glad that we did. It only wound up being 30 minutes. The food was outstanding! Delicious cornbread with maple butter, BBQ burger with...yummy sauce and cooked just right, ranch chicken wrap and Buffalo chicken sandwich both loaded with chicken and delicious, amazing scallops Winona, hot and creamy mashed potatoes, and even the fries were hot and crispy and delicious! We are from out of state but will definitely be returning when we come back next year. I’m only sorry we just discovered this restaurant this year. Our server, Terry, was so sweet and attentive and gave us excellent service. This place is a keeper!!!More

Everyone who has eaten at this delightful restaurant knows that their food and drinks are always great! I want to rave about their service and accommodating attitude. I recently organized a family dinner there for a gathering after Memorial services for my brother. We started...with 10 people; I notified them Thursday that the number was now 14 and by the time folks showed up there were 18 of us! On a busy Sunday night they were able to seat us altogether and accommodate our every request. What's more we changed the reservation time twice at the last minute because some family members were running late. The CG staff was agreeable and understanding as our timeframe changed. A special shoutout to Faye, our waitress extraordinaire, who remained patient and cheerful throughout our dining experience.More

Tried Campfire for lunch and we can’t wait to come back. The Matchsticks (pretzel appetizer) was way better than I had it expected. The pretzels were hit and crisp on the outside and light on the inside. The cheese sauce was awesome - you should...make Mac and Cheese with that gold. My son’s burger and my panini were so big that we had to take half home for later.More

My family vacations in Bridgton every summer and we always make a stop at the Campfire. I visited on 2 separate trips this year and had a bit of a wait for a table for 2 the first visit but discovered the online reservation option...the second visit making it super easy and no wait! I was a bit disappointed they no longer have a lobster roll on the menu as I remember going a few years back and loving the lobster roll. Both visits this year were lovely although our most recent visit was my favorite. Our server Jacque was wonderful. She was helpful with menu suggestions and she was constantly checking on us and helping with anything we needed. I know this year has been a struggle for many businesses with difficulty with staffing but Campfire seemed to have enough help and solid help, Jacque was GREAT! I will definitely be returning next summer and do hope Campfire will bring back the lobster rolls, it’s Maine and when I’m in Maine, I eat lobster every chance I get 😁More

My husband and I are traveling in the north east and needed somewhere to get dinner on our way to New Hampshire. I picked this place randomly but didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary. Holy moly though. I got a sandwich that was absolutely...delicious. My husband though got the ribs. I’m picky about them and never get them out to eat, but these were the best ribs I think I’ve had in a long time if not ever. The cornbread was slammin, and warm, with a maple butter to make it even better. The service was so friendly and helpful, Terri was a hilarious gem of a human. To top it off we got the pudding shots. We weren’t going to but I’m sure glad we did. Absolutely delicious, wish we lived out this way, it would be a regular stop for us then!More

I won't go on & on. We placed a to go order Saturday night and tried to call back to make an amendment to our order. The hostess told us not only did she not take our order, they're not taking any other orders and...hung up on us twice. (She was not apologetic at all.) I was honestly shocked.More

Lots to choose from! The flatbread was really good so were the pretzels. My sister had wings, the root beer bbq sauce was yummy. Pretty big menu for food and cocktails.

We have been fans of Campfire for some time. Tonight, not so much. It was our first venture out for outside dining with friends. We chose it for ole' times sake. The server was great, but the service was slow and the quality of food was...not so good. The server claimed that the number of takeout orders was causing a slowdown in the kitchen for the actual diners' orders. I just saw a decrease in the quality of just about everything we ordered: overcooked and dry Deer Chips, a very soggy Caeser's salad, a watered down Manhattan, and warm wine. The chicken tenders were fine. We will return knowing that we have enjoyed our dining experience there in the past. I would have given a "three," but I know they are better than that, usually.More

I got the pulled pork sandwich with onion straws. They really weren’t onion straws but still good. The service was fair at best. And for 3 sandwiches and 2 sodas the bill was $53. It was good but a little overpriced.

I had a wonderful hamburger and french fries.. I really gobbled them up. French fries were very good. Prices were very reasonable. The place very busy. Iwould eat there again. Not a foodie stop unless you want something that is typical American diner style food.
