Had a business dinner (lunch to you city folk) with a colleague from Hawaii. She had the lobster roll and I the pot roast with corn, green beans and pecan pie. They serve Pepsi product drinks in a small road side cafe. It's not a white table cloth kinda place with hundreds of seats. About four booths, twelve chairs at... More

Found this on TripAdvisor. Very small, casual place with excellent lobster rolls. The other food we saw go by looked very good also. We were there early on a Sunday night and the place filled up very quickly. Not a lot of seating so we were glad to be early. It is obviously very popular, and we could see why.... More

I can check it off my Bucket list again. It's been a while & I was a little worried that this gem may have slid into the Penobscot River. It hasn't - a friend told me I should get the fisherman's platter, but it seemed like it would feed 4-5 people. I settled for the lobster roll - it was... More

Stopped on our way home from Canada.Ordered the lobster roll with fries. Wow! It was the biggest and most delicious lobster roll that we have ever had! Fries were good but the cole slaw was great! We ate at the boat ramp on a picnic table a few minutes down the road. Restaurant was very crowded and we had our... More

I like the Eagle's Nest. Definitely nothing fancy but the haddock is so good! They also know how to treat a scallop. While the lobster roll is a bit pricier than other places, it's definitely worth it.

My grandparents ate here, my Maine relatives in Brewer, Orrington and Eddington eat here. I ate there as a kid, and returned recently to dine on a lobster roll that contained enough lobster meat to feed 3 people! Holy moly, was it good - dam wicked good. My cousin had a Haddock sandwich the size of a baseball mitt and... More

Went here as first stop, just after getting off plane, based on reviews. Sorry to say just ok for me. People seemed nice, it is a dive on the side of the road which is kind of neat, but the lobster roll was just ok, not as big as i had read about and at 20 us thought it was... More

This place was a referral for me. Not fancy. Very casual. Interesting views from the window seating as you sit on top of the cliff. Lobster roll was good. Service was good. I would go back as it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I had the fish chowder which was delicious as well. You will be glad you went.... More

If you are looking for ambience, this place has it in spades. It's a funky little place next to the Penobscot River that always has a full parking lot and sometimes a waiting line. It's a small place with a few old booths and table seating in the middle. The EN is known for its generous lobster roll, but equally... More
