This spot is about 10 minutes from downtown by drive and it is well worth the drive. The location has so much character and vibe to it, both inside and out. You should certainly go and joy the beer in their outdoor garden during the...summer or sit inside their well crafted and very unique bar/brew house. We ended up being their for a tour and took it. It is $5 a person, but you can use that toward a beer after the tour. And during the tour you do get a few good samples. Boothbay Brewing has great range of beers, with the Thirsty Botanist IPA being my favorite. There's a nice beer garden here to relax in while enjoying the brews.

We really enjoyed everything about our dinner here. Talked to a human when making a reservation! Love that. Great beer menu, and super well crafted beers. Excellent pizza. Cozy atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the tavern is super-cool, the food was great, and both my wife and I loved the drinks (IPA's for myself and a special cocktail for her). This brewery was located a little outside town and we found it relaxing with both an animal farm and bocce court. Several craft beer selections and even a limited food menu.

The "Boothbay Craft Brewery" is located north of Boothbay in a rustic setting - not far but out of town. It's popular with the locals. It has both a tavern and a Beer Garden - with a party environment. The tavern has a fireplace and...12 of their beers on tap - a nice variety. Everything we tried was good. Group of kayakers stopped late afternoon on a Saturday. The placed was mobbed but we found parking and spent some time figuring out the "system" used here. It's a bit confusing but, once figured out, seemed to work well. Basically, you go to one window...to order beer and start a tab. Then you find a table. Then you go to a different window to pick up your beer and order food if you want it. Food is limited to as variety of pizzas. Beer was excellent as was the pizza. Definitely worth going back to!More

The brewery and Taphouse are very unique and eclectic. Riley is truly accommodating. We had to change our reservation in the campground and he did everything that he could to help meet our needs.

The Boothbay Craft Brewery has something to offer to the entire family! Fun loving hosts (Brett and Billy Joe), great tasting beer, delicious wood fired pizza, games and a secret speakeasy! Craft beers on tap. There is a travern but I think because of COVID it is closed. Plenty of tables outside to sit enjoy the beers and pizza and fries served from the tavern. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are cocktails served in cans....Fun place to hang out enjoy the beer garden with friends.More

This brewery deserves a big high five! Fantastic atmosphere! The beer is excellent! My daughter and I stopped in for a couple of beers... I just love Boothbay, and met up with my four daughters in Wiscasset for a few days! Everyone had their own...plans for the day, so she and I came into town to try the brewery! Did not disappoint! I will be back in August and definitely look forward to coming back! We didn't eat, but I plan to next time!! The bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly!More

We visited for the first time this July, in this new world of social distancing, so not sure what the atmosphere is typically like, but the Biergarten was a perfect socially distant outdoor dining spot. The set-up is fun and comfortable, and the pizzas were...delicious. The guys enjoyed the beer too. I would happily return here again.More
