My family goes here often for treats. The kids love the playground, and they always seem to run into friends. Good fried seafood. And of course they have your basic boiled lobster... the red ones all the tourists are looking for. If they have fried green beans on the menu... go for it. They're great! Good milkshakes. They'll even make... More

Great place for lobster and crab rolls for a take away lunch. Fish net has been here since I was a kid and it is still great as ever.

Stopped around 3:00 for lunch. Fried clams and a fried shrimp roll were good, not outstanding. Service, inside, was quick and friendly. Menu includes appetizers of fried picles, broccoli bites and other intetesting sounding things that we didn't try.

It was a great little restaurant for lunch. We had some of the best lobster rolls in the Down East. The were large to say the least and no fillers all lobster great place to go foe a light lunch at reasonable prices. Will go back again if in the area.

Real Downeast Maine food. Everything my family ordered was excellent. Fried haddock, clams, scallops, shrimp(small) all big portions and perfectly cooked. The burgers were a hit with the kids. The soft serve ice cream was an even bigger hit. Don't miss the best blueberry pie you'll ever taste. Made by a family member. Great food, great prices, what are you... More

Had the Lobster Rolls, Fried Clams and Lobster Stew and all were great! Small, local place which is exactly what we were looking for. Lobster rolls were so good that my son had two and a half. The Lobster stew had so many chunks of lobster that my mom couldn't believe it. Finished off the meal with blueberry cobbler and... More

We frequent the Fish Net, as we live in the area. It's a great place to stop for something quick. The lobster roll is good. They also have live lobster for sale. They will steam it for you!! Good ice cream, friendly staff.

We make it a point to eat lobster daily when we visit Maine. I saw a review that this was the best roll ever and couldn't believe it. It was. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was slow but it's Downeast, that's how they roll.

Great selection of local seafood plus the usual burgers, onion rings and ice cream!! Yummy deserts and shakes too! Outdoor seating with a nice little playground for the kiddos, or you can sit inside the quaint little dinning room and be served. The prices may be a little higher but it's a fun family experience and well worth the treat!!

The Fish Net is the best place to stop on the whole Maine Coast for lobster rolls. Lobster + a bit of mayo served on a lightly toasted bun. What else do you need to know? Oh yes the fried clams are great too, cole slaw excellent (an old family recipe). Or you can get lobsters "live or boiled," the... More
