Stopped for a light lunch and we ate at the bar. This restaurant has one of the best bartender. Pays attention to you but not over done. Drinks served in a reasonable amount of time and food comes out quickly .

I had the swordfish special. It was cooked just right. The dish came with rice pilaf and a choice of one more side. I would have preferred another side instead of the rice. I had the seafood chowder and was pleased with the flavor and thickness of it. I will go back!

I was at my local 99 a week earlier so I was expecting pretty much the same experience. The waitress wasn't quite as helpful, I ordered a raspberry lemonade but she looked at me like I was a weirdo and told my curtly there is no such thing. It must be a regional difference because I sure enjoyed the one... More

My stepfather and I had lunch here on a Saturday. My stepfather had pink lemonade and a lobster roll, which he enjoyed. Lobster rolls can be served with mayo or else without mayo and drawn butter on the side. Included are clam chowder, choice of potato and cole slaw. I had a stuffed lobster tail that came with 3 baked... More

I had forgotten that I used to eat a the 99s often. It had been a few years since I had, but now I remember why I did eat here. They have darn good food at a reasonable price. We like to eat a the bar, which is big. Great atmosphere, big screen TVs ,good food and drinks; what's not... More

We try to eat in privately owned small businesses but every once in a while, we do go to a chain restaurant. This was a good choice - good waitperson, good food (macadamia nut encrusted chicken breast with the fixins) - this meal was salty but still good. Husband had a strip steak that was cooked perfectly and "very good".... More

There is a Spring special menu with new items. Visited and had the baked haddock on a bed of spinach and with mashed potatoes. The meal was excellent and I would recommend this choice to anyone who enjoys fresh haddock.

The food was quite good and that helped to make up for the extremely poor service. We were seated without much wait but it went down from there. The hostess didn't think four people needed four sets of utensils, our waitress didn't come by for get this, we timed it, almost 15 minutes. When she did show up to take... More

While traveling we weren't sure how late places would be open and jumped off Rte 95 in Biddeford. We found the 99 just off the highway and these are always consistent places to eat. There were not too many people in the restaurant so there was plenty of staff. They were friendly and our food came quickly. This was a... More
