My girlfriend and I went there twice. They have a nice salad bar with your meal when you eat in the dinning room (as opposed to near the bar upstairs). The food was OK, not bad but not great. I got haddock topped with shrimp and she got steak. They brought us some delicious pumpkin bread with a maple butter... More

I eat a Rooster’s regularly. The food is always good and the staff and the owners go out of their way to ensure the guest have a good experience. This is the go to place in Bethel.

We went on a Saturday night and the place was pretty busy. Our meals came with the salad and soup bar. They have a full bar and a pretty good wine list. The food was good and priced accordingly. The only down part is it was a little noisey and our waitress was hard to get for drink refills.

I am very sad to say the manager was a horrible jerk and disrespectful and rude. While my lunch was great my children's was questionable. The children's menu leaves much to be desired. My children are highly allergic to milk and milk products so I asked if the chicken tender breading contained milk or if the hot dogs contained milk... More

We were put in a remote area. After ordering and food delivered we never saw our waitress until we finished. Salad was chopped romaine a bit aged.

Best Clam Chowder I've ever had. Service was fantastic. Also great beers on tap. Also if you love Lobster, a great place at an affordable price.

Quiet dining downstairs more rowdy bar side dining upstairs. Food was excellent. Prices ranged from inexpensive bar food to mid-range dinners. Service was good.

Large choice on menu. enjoyed what we ordered. Portions were large and we took some back to the condo to enjoy the next night. Decor was interesting and provided the kids something to do while we waited. They liked reading the old signs. Was a short wait.

This was down the street from our motel so we tried it. Best food we've had in Maine so far. Reuben soup and corn clam chowder were on the soup bar this day. Both were flavorful. The pumpkin bread was a nice difference. Bay shrimp had good light batter and came with a good cocktail sauce. The seafood dishes were... More
