Haven't been there for a couple years but a recent visit made us wonder why it's been so long since we ate there.

Our dinner was very good (Prime Rib and the Teriyaki Tips) and the service was very good as well. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only negative we could come up with is that they were very busy and the acoustics in their dining area make it extremely noisy and difficult to have a conversation.

If you are going to call yourself a steakhouse, learn how to cook a steak. We both ordered the new york strip, medium rare, both arrived at the table medium well. The waitress never stopped back to all how our meals were. Two waitresses were on duty that night. The other waitress was working two tables to our waitress's one.... More

Was excited for a steak dinner and willing to pay the high prices here but soooooo not worth it. My steak had no seasoning and a mushy texture leading me to believe it was from Omaha steaks or similar frozen meat place - the waiter confirmed this was so. One of my kids had a burger and they burned it... More

Everything was great, loved the smaller steak sizes on offer (8oz ) and cooked to perfection! The garden salad was super fresh and my son had the burger and said it was very good. Even though close to Sunday River and it was school vacation week, it had a nice ambiance. Definitely will return !

This steak house was great to eat at after spending the whole day at Sunday River. The staff was friendly, the place is peace and quiet, and the food tasted good. It's your average steak house. Nothing fancy and nothing to complain about.

We cannot come to Sunday River without visiting Black Diamond Steakhouse. On our most recent visit we arrived on a Friday night and sat at the bar. We were greeted right away and the bartender..who I think was the owner…offered me the drink of the night which she made and it was the best drink I have ever had….I wish... More

The Fish and Chips are excellent. It really makes a difference if the fish is fresh and never frozen. The beer they brew here is also excellent.
