We try to eat here twice during our week in Maine. A great place to eat breakfast with a nice laid back atmosphere. You order at a counter and then even bus your own tables but it is still worth it. The owner and his family are all involved in the operation of this restaurant and that makes it a... More

We dine at the Starlight Cafe every time we are driving from RI to Rockland. The staff are super friendly. The food is delicious. I love the quirky decor.

We frequently visit the cooking store on the first floor, but only recently notice the little cafe in the basement on the back side of the building - what a delight. You can get breakfast or lunch (they close at 2:00PM). The food is unexpectedly tasty and the service is excellent. I doubt we will ever go back to Bath... More

Stopped in here for 2 days on our recent Maine trip. Both times we were served fantastic breakfasts by the very friendly staff. The corned beef hash is out of this world - the best I've tasted anywhere. Seriously good stuff. Everything else we had was top notch as well. Wish I lived in or near Bath, because I would... More

Truth be told, we haven't had breakfast here, but we have had lunch twice and it was absolutely great. Friendly staff, much local charm, a small place just off Front Street so within walking distance of other attractions and retail in Bath. The chowder was beyond delicious, and the haddock sandwich - a coastal Maine lunch staple, was also very... More

Had lunch in this quaint underground cafe with vintage decor that was also for sale. My husband and I had sandwiches and the ginger carrot soup - all delicious but thought the soup especially amazing. Home made cookie for dessert. Friendly people.

Tiny but fresh food, friendly staff and chief/cook. Reasonably priced...two fresh turkey sandwiches with a great garlic mayo and one small bottled water $20.00. I will go there again.

Have you ever had made-to-order, real deal corned beef hash? No you haven't! Go here, get that, and spend the rest of your life trying to find an equal! The chef/owner Justin is a true artist, and I may sell my belongings, move to the Bath area, and sweep the floor of the place just for another sample of corned... More
