During our visit to Bath, Maine, my husband and I looked for a cool little place to hang out at night and we found it at Byrne's. We didn't eat there, but we did enjoy adult beverages and stayed for the Tuesday night trivia game (which was nearly impossible to win, BTW). But it was a good time, people were... More

We had a lovely warm evening meal on a cold and rainy evening. Our waiter was very accommodating and friendly. She helped us decide on some of the menu items.

Andy was a great bartender and made a perfect black and tan. We had "The Destroyer" open face sandwich that was very tasty with a cold ale. First night we were there, Monday, there were five musicians playing Irish folk music. Local crowd and friendly.

This was the first bar we went to on vacation and I loved it. We stopped in before going to dinner to have a few drinks. The bartender was super sweet and gave us a wonderful recommendation for Thai food. We enjoyed talking to the locals as well. Next time I'd probably get a bite to eat when I go... More

The food is very good and very filling. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Turkey BLT sandwich and I rather liked my cheese BLT. I also ordered a baked potato which was smothered in cheese. My husband cleaned his plate, but I was so happily full that I couldn't finish the potato. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't... More

I've ever been here twice and both times have been a good experience. The place looks like a pub that might be more about drinking than decent food, but both times our party has been very satisfied. Good food, great service, and a real pub atmosphere.

My wife and kids (12 & 17) went to this pub for an early dinner. Inside it appeared to be a traditional Irish pub. The beer list was extensive and the lemonade had free refills and was very good. The waitress was spectacular and service was fast and courteous. The wings were even better than we had hoped for, and... More

The beer is cold but the food selection is limited. Don't get me wrong- the food is really good but the selection is very limited and the menu hasn't changed in years. We go there once or twice a month and it is consistent. Local hangout and a local favorite. Try it.

DO NOT GO ON Sunday nights. The bearded bartender was rude. Righteous. Condescending. Words cannot say. My partner ordered a drink for me as per usual and when it was half full I asked "how did we do it wrong?" He told us, but didn't care , shrugged his shoulders and turned away. We talked to better understand, then he... More
