My wife and I stopped at the Timber Kitchen Friday (10/23/2020) after spending the week in Bar Harbor. Out waitress, Dayna, was wonderful. She answered all our questions about Bangor and Stephen King, as well as chatted with us about our time in Bar Harbor....She answered these all these questions with a smile, or I would assume so because she wore her mask the whole time and was very conscientious about our safety.More

We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary, 10/24/2020 after not dining out since the start of COVID paired with my Husband spending the entire summer in the hospital - unsure if he would even would make it to this date. Needless to say this date was...very important to us both, despite being nervous. We were unsure what to do and decided to drive nearly two hours (not a big deal to us) to celebrate "in town". We've heard amazing things about Timber from family and friends but had never been ourselves. Katya was an AMAZING server! I have many dietary restrictions and she made sure I got the allergy friendly menu, made wonderful suggestions - her energy was positive and friendly, even writing down my allergies. This is really important to me and it's something I struggle with when dining out She really made our whole experience better than we hoped for! The food was AMAZING and the cocktails were absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about our whole experience. We were seated far from other guests as covid and other germs were and are a concern for my Husband after our time in the hospital (not covid related!). Thank you, Timber Kitchen for making our anniversary more than we hoped for! We will make the trip back again and soon. Fantastic service and incredible food and drink in a beautiful atmosphere! I'd give you 20/10!More

We requested seating in the outdoor igloo, for distancing. It was beautiful and warm with a heater and red lumberjack plaid throws Katya was awesome. We couldn't decide between Scottish Salmon Salad and Steak on Salad - so she and the kitchen crew plated these...on 4 stunning plates so we each could enjoy both salads. Best restaurant in Bangor.More

Excellent food and service as always! Every time we come here we always have amazing staff and the food is always top notch. It is great to see during the pandemic you still take pride in your food, your brand and the customer experience. Thank...you Katya for making this visit as memorable as the first time we came in. I highly recommend Timber to anyone who wants to get a taste of what pride in one's restaurant can do. It is refreshing the difference between Timber and other local restaurants. Timber knocks it out of the park every time.More

We had dinner at the timber kitchen and bar in Bangor Maine and the meal was delicious. Jaida took fantastic care of us and social distancing was in full affect. We felt very comfortable and will return on our next visit to Maine.

The Timber restaurant was fantastic. I had pasta and meatballs and my husband had the short rib filet. Both were delicious. The drinks were great as was the blueberry pie dessert. Our waiter Ian was exceptional. Would definitely come back again.

We were blown away by the great variety and quality of the food. I got the Ahi appitizer and the Cedar plank salmon. The atmosphere was totally cool and our waiter (Jason I think) was great. My husband got the seafood chowder and it was...great as well. A total foodie find.More
