This is a great spot located next to the B.I.G. and the menu has the traditional breakfast choices with some Maine flavors tossed in. Get there early for the fresh out of the oven Blueberry Muffins and if you bring your appetite and love for Lobster, I recommend the Lobster Eggs Benedict. Homemade breads and pies round out some of... More

Ate here 4 times on my last trip to Bailey Island. Everything is fresh and delicious. Great blueberry pancakes, omelets. Lobster roll was great. Lobster reuben sandwich also very good. Will definitely eat here again. Staff very nice and friendly.

Short mile long trail along the ocean. The views are great but beware of poison ivy. Plenty of places where you can adventure down onto the rocks and enjoy the view. One of the houses along the trail puts out a bowl of water for passing dogs - thought that was sweet.

The food was great and the atmosphere pleasant. This is basic breakfast, folks, and they do it well. I would have given a 5, but the service was a bit slow given the few people there at 7 AM Monday off season. Not a huge issue as it is such a delightful place.

From my title the locals eat here also, so that says a lot about the food! This place is owned by the family of a guy who started with serving food on the porch of his home and he made the best crab cakes this side of Maryland! He is no longer around, but his family carries on the tradition... More

I didn't think much of this little place when we first stopped in but after a morning of photographing the area, and shopping my wife and I decided to give it a try. Well, we were surprised. The fare was typical Maine seafood. The New England Clam Chowda was very very good, though in all honesty a bit too "authentic"... More

Nice simple smaller restaurant - serving nice lunches...good when doing the walk down the main road if you plan to hike the trail at Giant Steps. This is a smaller place with a basic menu. Food quality was good. They do serve wine by the glass. Nice booths - but very simple and basic on the ambiance.

We like to try little out of the way places and sometimes you are rewarded with a great find like this one. Located near lands end on Bailey island it is a small little cafe on the side of the road. Went inside and found the wait person to be friendly. They cut costs by using plastic ware and paper... More
