The food and the service were excellent. I enjoyed my lunch a lot. A slip-up occurred during the billing, but that was corrected quickly. Should I receive a photo that was made, I will add it.

Place is clean & staff are very attenuative...great fried shrip, boiled shrimp and steak...reasonable prices. All who complain can eat at Burger King.

Horrible service by Jamie! No drink refills, other tables seated after us received food and left before we did. Took 1.5 hours for a table of 3 to be served. Worst service I have ever had there. She had no sense of urgency, total lackadaisical...attitude. Disappointing to say the least!More

The seafood nachos appetizer was amazing. I don’t think I have ever had anything better for an appetizer! I ordered crab Au gratin, and it was amazing also. Everything was sooooo good!!!

Long wait to be seated, very crowded , waitress had way too many tables to service. It took over 1 1/2 hrs to get our food. It was a disaster, waitress was not apologetic. This complaint is like a drop of water in the ocean,...obviously they have all the business they can handle so no big deal I’m sureMore

Have eaten here three previous times. I love the royal red shrimp..,they are like tiny lobsters. Everything I’ve eaten here is great. The wait staff are nice and service is fairly fast considering they are very busy. Highly recommend

Very laid back with a great view. The crab cakes were FABULOUS the service was spot on. We really enjoyed the evening

I have been to Phil’s numerous times and am never disappointed. My go to is the Tuna Zachary which I love but they have many other wonderful entrees as well, especially their specialties! Great gumbo, Italian dressing and entrees! You won’t be disappointed!

Had dinner here on August 12. Food was excellent. Soft Shells were a good side. Good, friendly service. Coldest draft beer in town, however they were some of the smallest drafts I have ever seen. There could be some improvements. Several of us were drinking...mixed drink and all said that the drinks were light on the alcohol and this is from people who do not drink much. Also, someone had a dog in the restaurant, not a service dog. I just don't think this is the place for that. All in all I would recommend and return.More

All of our choices were good. Typical New Orleans food and not over priced. We had a variety of lunches and all were pleased. ( crab cakes, fried oysters, Fried Shrimp poboy and roast beef poboy. I’m so glad we decided to eat here while in Slidell. We were on our way to a swamp tour and had limited time. The waitstaff was vigilant of that & helped make sure we got our food quickly & efficiently. The food itself was...amazing. I had crab cakes and Mac and cheese- both were excellent! My son said the catfish was some of the best he’s ever had! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!More
