The sweetness of the bun blends with the tartness of the bleu cheese to give a mouthwatering experience! I choose the straight cut fries, over the waffle cut. Love it! The restaurant has a casual, easy atmosphere.

I'd have never known about this great place if not for TripAdvisor. I love finding little gems like this off the Interstate path. The catfish dinner is excellent.

Chicken salad sandwich was just average, needs more flavor. There's more bun than filling, and although their buns are freshly made, mine was soggy on one side. Casino cake wasn't anything to rave about, but was a nice touch on the plate. Catfish was okay, but fried a bit too long, resulting in a hard crust. Home fries were tasty.... More

Words cannot describe how much I love the chicken salad sandwich from Rollin' In The Dough. It is one of the few savory chicken salad sandwiches you can order in Shreveport-Bossier (most places have a sweet chicken salad with raisins or grapes) and it is divine! The best part about the sandwich is that they serve it on their house-made,... More

This local gem has been open for almost 2 decades and it never disappoints. This one time bakery is now known for its fried catfish and hamburgers but you can't go wrong with a daily plate lunch either. On my recent trip I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and it was excellent. The owner/chef is Robbie Ferrier, a CIA grad,... More

The open view of the kitchen reinforces just how freshly everything is being prepared. Clean, ample sized portions, and a wide variety to select from.

The chef makes the food from excellent sources, he is very good, and the food is second to none in Shreveport and Louisiana. I would put him up against Besh and others in Louisiana. We have tried almost the entire menu and nothing has been less than outstanding.

Nice family restaurant, very friendly staff, very fast service. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was really good. The buns are homemade there and it was fantastic. Make sure you stop and enjoy.

Cute neighborhood place with excellent salads, gumbo and po'boys. We were told to get there early 1115ish, and by the time we left every table was full. I had a small shrimp po'boy and chicken and sausage gumbo, and both were excellent. The atmosphere is very homey, quaint and friendly. Would like to return on a future visit.
