Yes it's a chain, but there's a reason that Carrabba's is always packed. This visit, I had the Spiedino; shrimp and scallops, with a light breading. Entrees come with soup or salad, a choice of sides and bread.

It is true that Carrabba's in Shreveport is busy. We anticipated such would be the case so utilized the "call-ahead" service so our waiting time would be minimal (see details on website). I loved the layout and our waitress (Melissa P.) and the food was delicious. I had the Mahi Wulfe (you really need to try this entrée---best Mahi-Mahi dish... More

She was very attentive to us. Our meals were served fresh and hot. We received a sample of food which was also excellent. We sprang for dessert since... More
Seated immediately, and server was efficient, and friendly. No problems here. The problems originated in the kitchen. Everyone in our party received their food at a different time, and only after an inordinate wait. But absent was the fresh baked bread and herbs and olive oil dip. We asked for it and it was soon delivered. Our order... More
The food was on point, service very timely, and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli, shrimp and scallop linguine, and the Fettuccine Carrabba. All were fantastic. Calamari is a great starter. And, of course, the mini Cannoli is a great way to end the meal. The Restrooms were very clean. This was a great experience. We would... More
