We had dinner and were seated inside. It was comfortable and our table had a great view of the lake. Beautiful. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The server was good and very attentive. The food was good but not exceptional. It was served promptly and was as ordered. The four of us each had seafood or fish and... More

Had a seven o'clock reservation and arrived a little early which was no problem for the hostess. Seated us right away. Had a table overlooking the cane river, Waiter was very attentive bringing us drink menus and recommended the delicious lobster bisque. We ordered tilapia morney and stuffed flounder. Both dishes were wonderful. Try the chocolate lush pie. Worth the... More

We went Mariner's after graduation. It was crowded and busy but the excellent staff fit our party in even though we didn't have reservations. The food was good and the view is great.

Usually we love Mariner's but recently we went on the night of NSU graduation then on NC graduation. It seems when they have large groups they are not as attentive to their smaller tables.

Maybe it's because I come from a cultural Mecca of edible delights, but this place was just underwhelming food wise. We arrived about 15min prior to opening it they did let us get drinks from the bar. The Bloody Mary was actually very good and only 5 dollars so no complaints there. Finally we are seated. The view from the... More

Lovely salad bar . Grilled shrimp, with stuffed poratoe and mixed vegetables. Lobster looked really nice, but didn't try it. Steaks looks nice too. Maybe next time.

There was a time when this was hands down my favorite place. I would eat here regularly. The atmosphere was nice, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was top notch. Unfortunately I have noticed a steady decline in both service and quality. The salad bar was once full and plentiful with many options is now barely stocked with only... More
