Ate here for lunch on a Saturday with family, 6 people. Nothing fried on the menu, just FYI. We had shrimp, crab cakes and gumbo. Everything had wonderful flavor. Our server was attentive and helpful. I'll definitely go back!
I highly recommend checking out Waterfront Grill and sitting outside by the bayou. They have an assortment of seafood options, casual food for the picky eaters, drinks and a great view of the bayou. While I was there, we saw turtles in the water, cranes...flying by and even people water skiing. The service is terrific!More
Waterfront Grill has been a favorite of my husband's for over 20 years when he was traveling for business. He has taken me there twice now, and I can see why he has always enjoyed it. The service staff is extremely friendly and the drinks...and food are served in a very timely manner. The scenery is so calming and peaceful as we overlooked the Bayou DeSiard, trees, and wildlife as we dined. As neither of us were hungry for a full dinner, my husband ordered gumbo and rice and beans. I ordered their shrimp rahkee, appetizer size, and it was delicious. My husband's items were a bit too spicy for his taste, but other than that, all was delicious. We will definitely return.More
Went a week ago and had dinner at this establishment, the staff was so helpful and very efficient at their service, food was above excellent.
We went to Waterfront Grill to celebrate two family Birthdays, and left with mixed feelings about going back again. The prices are fairly high which set an expectation of excellence, which was satisfied in some cases and badly missed the mark in others. The positives...included the appetizer tray with BBQ Shrimp, Crab Cakes and Chips and dip. Everything on this tray was great, as were the steaks ordered by several in our party. Service was good, as well. On the downside, my wife’s chicken breast was badly overcooked and cold when served. My Redfish was also overdone, dry and lukewarm. Considering how long we waited to get the entrees after finishing the appetizers, asking to have these two dishes replaced just wasn’t practical. We’ll likely look elsewhere next year.More
Food was great, I had a steak and my husband had the porkchops both excellent. Appetitizers were wonderful too.
Friendly service. Great crab cake app. BBQ shrimp and the filet were excellent. Yummy sweet potatoes. Nice location on the water. Prices were a little high.
I will make this quick. Nice location on the water & that's the ONLY thing it has going. The food was substandard & pricey. The service was o.k. I pass this on this one & will not return.
Great restaurant on the banks is the beautiful Ouachita River. There is always wildlife afloat and outdoor seating to get the best views. Great anytime.
