This was my first time visiting this establishment and I must say it amazing. The server Ms. Tori went above and beyond serving and assisting with selecting some of the best dishes. She made my family and I feel comfortable even more after she found out we had traveled from Kansas and Alabama. The manager Mr. Errold checked on us frequently and others in the restaurant to ensure we had a great visit. Our food was served quickly and was delicious. We will definitely visit again our next trip to New Orleans.

Derrionia waited on us and it was a good experience. The crab cake appetizer is good. One lady got served the wrong dish and they corrected it in a timely basis. We were all served at the same time. Everyone enjoyed their selections.

I truly enjoyed my first dining experience at Bobby Heberts today. They sat me next to the server station and my tuna was little overcooked, but the service delivered by Destiny totally made up for my minor demerits. She was quick, friendly, and attentive. I’d recommend this place and Destiny in particular.

We came for the bloody Marys we had heard so much about. They were huge and loaded with goodies like beautiful fried shrimp, pickled green beans and cocktail onions, delicious bacon and a crab cake. If I'm being honest, the bloody Mary itself was so very exceedingly bitter and I didn't really enjoy it at all. The fixings were great except that I found the crab cake was horribly bitter as well. Maybe because it was completely soaked with the drink (they put it inside of the drink. It was positively soggy with the bitter brew.).
The wife got a cup of gumbo to go with her drink and honestly, it did have a nice taste but it wasn't gumbo. It was just shrimp and rice in a pleasant juice. No okra, no nothing.
I had the oddly named Thibo-Beau burger. It was delicious. The onion bun was sweet but the burger went so well with it.
Our waiter, Mr George, was very cool. Normally I want my waiter to check on us but not linger. I was happy that Mr George hung around. He is super cool and I enjoyed talking with him a lot.
There was a man with an injured foot who insisted on holding an umbrella for the wife and baby since it was pouring rain. I didn't get to chat with him but he seemed very nice indeed.
Overall, I'm disappointed. I feel like I spent 80 bucks to eat a burger and a few delicious shrimps and assorted tid bits. I don't mind spending well over$80 on dinner, I just prefer to enjoy the meal and I really didn't enjoy this one, except for the burger and tid bits. Those bloody Marys were sooooooooo bitter.
We love you anyways Bobby!

The food at this restaurant was delicious & our server, Derrionta was phenomenal! She was very courteous to our family of 10, asked if it was our first time visiting & explained the menu items, for which we were greatly appreciative. She even agreed to take this photo of us. 😄 Will definitely be returning!

BHCC was suggested to us on our way out of town so we stopped in and we are extremely happy we did. The food was excellent! We had Gumbo, the Cajun Hebert fries, the blackened seafood platter and bread pudding all were DELICIOUS! We shared the meal because you just can't eat all alone, but if you think you can, more power to you, so worth it! The service we received was Perfect especially from T-Keyah! She was instrumental in guiding us with ordering THE perfect meal combinations and just gave exceptional service. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and great food. We will be back!!

We have been eating here for years, we are regulars and just wanted to relax and eat some good cooked creole dinner. It did not happen that way. The drinks were terrible and my daughters order was modified due an allergic reason and didn't get what she asked for. When we have visitors coming to eat and experience our delicious cajun dishes of course they are going to love it, we have the best! But we live here, and we used to enjoy coming here for a lil southern comfort after a hard day work and was not work my 200.00 bill. You have to fix this problem, if my daughter would have been rushed to the hospital how could you fix that if I said something sooner when the problem happen? We are very disappointed and hope this problem is fixed as soon as possible. Our waiter was wonderful, his name was George. And the bartender does not deserve a part if his tip because she does not know how to make drinks!

While in New Orleans, I was looking for some good Seafood Gumbo. I happened upon Bobby Hebert’s in Metairie. My bartender (Mitzy) suggested the lunch special of red beans and rice with sausage and chicken tenders. I was so happy she did, it was delicious. And about that Gumbo, I had a cup for an appetizer and it was very tasty! Service was amazing! I will visit again when back in the Big Easy!

I ordered the seafood platter and the fishbowl bloody mary (Happy hour prices are amazing and will keep me coming back!) Both were fantastic and I plan on ordering them again. Portion sizes were great, we were allowed to sub out items, and the food was fresh and well cooked. Everyone was very friendly, but our waiter was, by far, the best part of our experience. When you go, ask for Hikeem. He was personable, witty and knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable. We had a 45 minute wait (8 people - it was busy) and would wait twice that time to sit in his section again.

I decided to take my kids here to eat for their first time . Our waitress was Karla . She was the best ever. We were seated outside since inside dining had a wait time. I’d rather sit outside Anyway to help with socail distancing. She was very nice and friendly. She got my kids root beer floats when the other staff told us there was no root beer. I had to tip her she made our evening ! It was a must that I shout her out . THANKS Karla

Awesome personality. I was undecided on what to order, she suggested the lunch special which turned out to be my new favorite item on the menu. She even went as far as to grab me a taste before ordering. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore. Very please!

This was our first visit to this restaurant a young man from Chevron gas station recommended it to me and my husband. I can truly say that it was worth the visit my husband ordered duck and I ordered a seaford plate the food was DELICIOUS. Our waitress Karlie was very pleasant and attentive. Having worked in customer service for over 30 years myself I know what good customer service feels like, she made me feel as if she knew me as a customer. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Kesha the cook who came out and purely entertained me and my husband and for introducing us to some food items. Thank you Karlie and Kesha yall should be the face and voice representing this business. I am looking forward to our next visit.

Mary was the best waitress I ever had at Bobby Hebert’s. Her personality was so amazing and easy going. I had a hard time figuring out what to get she gave me so many options. I appreciate mary being so patient with me. Mary was attentive made sure everything we had was hot and made sure we were great the entire time. Thank you Mary!!!

This menu is overflowing with New Orleans Cajun staples! The atmosphere is clearly reminiscent of the Cajun Cannon’s glory days and the wait on busy days is really not that bad. The pasta dishes are always my favorite and the Bloody Mary is super delicious. My husband enjoys the desserts and this is the local spot to run into folks you have not seen in a bit all while enjoying a memorable meal!
