This was my first time at Rodostas and I loved it! I had a roast beef po-boy that was just incredible. It was the "sliced roast beef" version as opposed to the "debris style" that I thought I was in love with. As an added bonus, the service was super friendly and the place was absolutely spotless-something not always seen... More

This is a neighbor location with lots a character but a little out of the way. It is worth the diversion. Excellent place for a quick lunch. The PO-boy was very good.

Just around the corner from where I was staying and a wonderful place to get New Orleans favorite food. We went with the shrimp Poorboy and the Muffaletto. A great choice. Both were warm and full of great food. It's worth the trip if your any where in the area you won't be disappointed.

This isn't a place you'll just happen to run across as a tourist. It's tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood, so you'll avoid a lot of touristy traffic. The poboys are completely off-the-hook. Top notch. You also get friendly service and a great selection of bottled beverages (both soft drinks and beer). Definitely worth a trip (or two).

Best roast beef poor boy I have had in a while. It was well seasoned, moist but not too sloppy. Also had the muffaletta, really liked it that they asked it I wanted it warmed (I did). Nice that it only took 15 minutes to prepare (I have gotten tired of the 45-55 minute wait for the roast beef poorboy... More

It’s out of the way on a back street in Old Metairie, but it’s worth the trip. We used to come here in the 70’s when it was a grocery store. Mr. Radosta was always behind the cash register and his sons were in the store, each one with a different job responsibility. Their nascent po-boy business was a small... More

This is not a fancy place but they make really good po-boys. My mother lives nearby and so we ordered pick up from there one night. We got oyster and roast beef po-boys as well as an order of onion rings. The onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. The po-boys were really good. As a mattress... More

best shrimp po'boy I've ever had. I can't imagine finding anything better. The roast beef was a knock out as well. Great, local atmosphere. Awesome, friendly service. My favorite place in New Orleans thus far!

Radostas in Metairie is the place, if you want to go where the locals go. Casual, friendly, informal combination restaurant/deli/sandwich place. I like it for the great oyster poor boys. It's out of the way, but if you're in the general vicinity, I'd recommend it for a poor boy!

This is a traditional New Orleans (well, actually, old Metairie) neighborhood short order and po-boy restaurant of the type that makes New Orleans area casual dining some of the best in the world. Besides the regular po-boys, there are special po-boys named after each member of the family: Joan's is like a barbecued shrimp; Don's with house made Italian sausage,... More
