My fiance and I stopped in and ordered a seafood platter to go. The staff was friendly and informative. We decided to try their delivery service today. The time quoted was 45 minutes. We received our food within 25 minutes. Everything was good. Defin will be utilizing their delivery services in the future.

The food is decent but not great. I enjoyed the fried chicken but needs more seasoning, Popeyes fried chicken is better. My wife had the Big Bob Combo which looked amazing but she said it was average. Our son got a burger and daughter got red beans, rice and sausage and both sad they were okay. There prices are really good, we paid less than $50 including tip so that was a positive. Our waitress were really nice and attentive but the place was pretty empty.

I had been wanting to eat here so my husband and I stopped in this evening for dinner. I didn't find anything spectacular but it wasn't bad either. The Onion Rings were over cooked and not flakey at all. Drinks were in a good size cup but for $2.25 it should be!!! My husband ordered the Seafood Platter with a Fried Soft Shell Crab but the oysters must have run away because all he had was fish and shrimp. The Potato Salad was adequate -- I found my crinkle cut French fries were hot and soft. The fried shrimp were fresh and large. Not exactly on a main strip in Metairie and the parking lot at night is very dark. Service; however, was VERY pleasant and speedy.

I went to the restaurant for pickup service. The staff was very nice. The meatball poorboy was the best I ever ate. The chocolate suicide was heavenly. Try it.

Stopped by for lunch with two friends from work. Over six awesome lunch specials were available and Lauren even modified their blackened tuna spinach salad for me, which made it even better - I prefer Caesar salad. They had jambalaya today, which was the best I have ever had. Service was great - in spite of being the only server working, she was quick and efficient, while at the same time friendly and helpful.

This was a weird experience! Somehow there was a serious communication gap between me and the server! I thought I was ordering the Randazzo cheeseburger which comes with fries, but she thought I meant the cheeseburger po-boy on a bun which does not come with fries. Ended up having to order a side of fries which came out after we were almost full. We also ordered a chicken tender plate which came with a salad. She asked what dressing, and I asked for ranch and thousand island on the side. She apparently thought I meant 2 salads. She brought out 2 bowls of salad that were half full. I thought, "How nice of her to split the salads for us!" Nope! She charged us for 2 salads! My husband's salad was mostly the hard core of the iceberg lettuce head! The burger was kind of mushy like bread had been added to the meat. More like a meatloaf sandwich. The chicken tenders were homemade and good. The potato salad was average. The fries were frozen crinkle cut. The portions we're HUGE! As I was paying my bill, there was an employee in the kitchen shouting the "F" word. This was our first and last visit!

Stopped in for a Po-Boys for a friend from Austria. We ordered a fried oyster Po-Boy, a fried shrimp Po-Boy and fried onion rings. Both Po-Boys dressed. She was surprised by how fresh the seafood and bread tasted and the delicious flavor of both Po-Boys. This family restaurant in Old Metairie is worth the trip for either take out or eat in.

Years ago this place was amazing. The last two times, I was not impressed! I keep giving this place a chance, but not sure if I am going to again. Last month my veal parmesan was burned, then today it took over an hour and a half to get food delivered. They completely forgot about me.

Within walking distance of Super 8. Have a wide variety of food from breakfast through dinner. Even have desserts. Just be aware that they give double size portions. We were lucky the motel had a refrigerator & microwave. We ordered a half size fried chicken & the grilled chicken. This came with a lettuce salad in a 7 inch bowl & choice of 4 dressings. The meal also came with 2 large pieces of garlic bread. The grilled chicken was 2 large pieces. The fried chicken was a breast, leg, wing & thigh. There were also choices for a side, we chose veggies. It wasn't the tastiest we ever had, but it was very satisfying, like a family meal. The price for these 2 meals was around $20. Couldn't beat that value!

We had another good experience here. Great family atmosphere. No problem with separate checks. Fried chicken always great and we shared a nice appetizer, bam bam oysters. We all enjoyed it - spicy - bit not too.

I came in for lunch and had a roast beef po boy. When I got it, I was surprised. The po Boy was huge and juicy and meaty. I even ordered fries and I was full quickly and couldn't finish my lunch. I will be back.

My wife and I happened to luck across this restaurant
while staying at the nearby Super 8 Motel. The food was
excellent and plentiful. We were one of the first tables to
fill and by the time our meal was finished,the place was full,
and the telephone was ringing constantly with take out order
requests.

Was referred to this restaurant by Super 8 which happens to be right around the corner from it. The front desk girl said I should try it out. I got the sea food platter, which was really good, I really enjoyed it. Great please to eat!

I walked in to Randazzo's and placed my order to go. I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak and the loaded potato. When I got home the steak was blood RAW and the blood ran all over the potato. The potato was HARD. I called them and they offered to replace the meal the next time I came in. I went in today and they told me that they would not replace the entire meal. They admitted that they severely under cooked the steak but said they would only give me a $10 credit, although the meal was, before tax, $19.99. Why? Because I had to cook my own food! I worked in restaurants for 20 years before changing careers and I have to say that I would never have done that to a customer, especially if they had to cook their own meal when they got home. By the way, later that evening I went back down and showed them the potato and how the blood ran all over it and how hard it was. I also had those picture. There is absolutely nothing on their menu that is under $10 that looks any good. Oh, if you do happen to go in, you may want ask them to go easy on the salt. They are extremely heavy handed on the salt. They will be keeping that $10 credit because I will never go back.
