Have eaten at BBG several times and have tried almost everything that Chef Trent has created! Hands down most consistently great tasting food in Central Louisiana. I would put Chef Trent up against any chef from New Orleans, Baton Rouge or Lafayette!

The food was amazing. It was fresh, flavorfull, price was right! Best shrimp and crab stuffed avacado salad. Corn flake crab cakes were terrific!

We are from New Orleans so we know good food and good service. This is a great restaurant to find in such a small town. I would recommend it to anyone that's not afraid to spend a little money for a high quality meal. Service was just as good if not better than the food.

This is a nice little restaurant not far from the casino. It has a nice variety of options from salads to sandwiches to entrees. Once you enter you order your food at the bar and they give you a letter block to put on the table for your food to be delivered. I got the seafood salad and it had... More

You know it is a good place when you can't find a parking spot. I ate lunch here recently and was very pleased with my meal. I had a salad that was almost too pretty to eat - I ate it - it was very tasty. Others at my table had soups and sandwiches and were quite pleased. I will... More

The food is absolutely amazing at Brown Bag! Portions are small especially for prices but quality makes it worth it! Trent is a very talented chef! Supper menu changes weekly however just about everything on lunch menu is good!!

Found this place a couple years ago. Great food and staff! Never disappointed when I eat here. If I can find anything wrong , they could give a little more pieces on the appetizers. This trip we had the Seafood Beignets as the appetizer. As an entree we both had the grilled redfish topped with lump crab meat- Hollandaise with... More

Discovered by accident traveling across Louisiana. My wife and I had lunch and it was superb. We are already making plans to come again and we live over two hours away!! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is quaint and unexpected. Menu selection is five star cuisine
