The staff was extremely friendly and the trout was amazing. We also had the crawfish spinach dip that was delicious.

This "neighborhood" restaurant is always dependable. My wife and I enjoy the gumbo, shrimp po-boys, as well as the fresh fish. Also, Frank maintains an excellent wine list with choices at all price points.

Mandina's is always consistent. The wait staff, especially Sarah, Naomi, and Jessica, always make you feel special. Their Saturday Steak night is very good. I really like the Filet with Pasta Bordelaise. The Poor Boys and Hamburger are also very good.

The atmosphere is quiet, and the service is very good. Don't forget to try the garlic bread. The sauce/red gravy is one of my favorites. I've tried meatballs and catfish thus far, and I loved both.

The oyster sandwich is above average. After this, the food takes on a tourist trap persona. At lunch they consistently play a game of charging a dinner price for a lunch special...they say you didn't say you wanted the lunch specials. Italian sauce and red beans seems straight out of the can.

We are here every Friday during lent. Food is consistent and very good. We like eating at the bar tables. Pasta mandina is delicious, gumbo is good, onion rings are a must with every meal. Seafood plates are plentiful. When we eat there on day's other than lent, the stew special is excellent but get there early because it goes... More

I took a client here for lunch. She loved the selections offered and the friendly service. We both ordered Italian food although the seafood and the daily specials never disappoint. The food is consistently good!
