Nice day on the porch

Went on a saturday around 2 in the afternoon, not busy at all. They had happy "hour" going on and most of the beers were half price! The appetizers were great and the waitress was better! Someone came up on the porch with their dog(on a leash), was really happy to see that other family members... read more

An enjoyable place to dine in or sit outside on the deck. The dishes have a celtic flare of course. I enjoy the crabcakes. The hamburgers are great here too. They are huge and not your usual offering. They offer many, many choices in beer. I have had a blueberry martini that was good. Waiters are friendly and dress in... More

We came for dinner. We ordered grilled shrimp, green beans, homemade chips and salads. We were each given a dozen medium shrimp in a delicious garlic and butter sauce. Large yeast rolls were included. The salads were hearty not anemic and the green beans were seasoned with bits of pork. Being an Irish/Scottish pub there are lots of good traditional dishes... More

We went for lunch here during our trip to Lake Charles. The service was excellent !!!! We sat outside as we had kids in our party. Our server immediately brought out some fries for the young one to keep them going while we looked at the menus. A nice touch. The food is amazing and you will not leave wanting.... More

This restaurant its ok for Lake Charles but when you order it takes them forever until you get your order. The food is just right...nothing special.

We have been here a couple times and we keep going back because the food is amazing! Everything we have had was great. On the other hand all the times we have been the service was horrible. We ordered another drink before our food came out and we were finished eating and still had empty glasses. I do know people... More

Strolled in tonight (Saturday) close to 6:00 PM and asked if I could sit on the patio, I was told to take any seat. Inside was half full, patio 3/4 full. Brought a menu with 130 beers and asked what I wanted to drink, asked for a minute to look at the menu which was a mistake. Five minutes later... More

We visited MacFarlane's for the first time this year on my husband's birthday. They have an excellent selection of interesting beers both bottled and on tap. The pub grub was a wonderful delicious indulgence. I had the fish and chips,,,yummy! It was difficult to choose, though, everything on the menu sounded great. I think I have to go back and... More

I was part of a large group at lunch time. We stretched the server's patience and abilities a bit, but everyone was served after a wait. The beer and cheese soup was great on a rainy, chilly day. I normally can't get past the Reuben but opted for the cup of soup and half Reuben which was filling and tasty.... More

Stopped by on a Wednesday night. Had the Blarney Stones for an appetizer. jalapeno stuffed with sausage wrapped in bacon. Very tasty. Enjoyed a well cooked steak for dinner and a few British Ales. Nice, place to enjoy a meal and a beer.
