Fed my fam of 3 for around $45, with "seafood" And let me tell you the open face roast beef was yumm-oooo I am not a big "bean" fan but the red beans and rice were scrumptious! Go there! Eat local! Keep the little man in business!

If you're the New Orleans area, I strongly suggest you take this beautiful drive south that will take you to this great place. The seafood is perfect and the staff is as warm as the weather was when I visited Louisiana in august. And try the fried soft shell crab!

Just good basic Cajun food. Just a short drive further down the road from the airboat tour places. Doesn't look like much but does good cooking

A fish restaurant where locals go. Fresh fish, nice taste, nice family staff (I guess). Went here after Airboat Adventure. Not a tourist trap which i was very glad to see (after Bourbon Street). A nice memory

What an adventure, and what an AMAZING culinary experience! We took a drive from New Orleans to explore the surrounding bayou areas, planning a stop for lunch at another local spot. After discovering that the restaurant was closed on Sundays, we saw Boutte's. We knew nothing about it, except that there were already a large number of cars in the... More

Stopped in this very friendly seafood restaurant and enjoyed a nice typical seafood meal. Salad was a little disappointing. Knick-Knack shelf reminded us of grannies house.

We found this by accident. The Bouttes were very nice. They had good food at a good price. They were also very willing to talk with us about their community and made us feel very welcome. Mrs. Boutte had great suggestions on what to order and we were not disappointed in the recommendations.

My wife and I loved this place. It was worth finding. Family restaurant. Staff were very friendly and the food great. Not a fancy place but that is what we like. Locals eat here. That says a lot.

Stopped in based on Trip Advisor reviews after an Airboat Swamp Tour from the nearby Airboat Adventures. (That tour is highly recommended, btw.) We stopped in shortly after 2pm & had the whole place to ourselves. It is definitely rustic and small, but was clean. Smelled a bit damp inside - I supposed that was due to its location in... More

Great food, large amount of food, and low prices. Definitely hit up this place after going on the Airboat Adventure tour.
