Suggested by the locals. The lamb and chicken dishes were delicious. Will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

Zea's Thai Ribs! Get 'em! Cannot go without getting famous corn grits and mashed sweet potatoes. Get the chicken and ribs combo plate for a taste of both!

While some think this is a chain restaurant, don't be fooled. The food and service are totally consistent and never disappoint. Great for family, lunch or even a date. Sometimes there is a wait, but well worth it. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to go. You will make it a go to spot after your first... More

Met with some friend for lunch at Zea's. The server took our drink order and reminded us about the Tuesday Special with a personal testimonal as to it's superior flavor and value. She then offered us a sample. She was right and the sample sealed the deal. The food was great and the server was even better. She made us... More

I love this restaurant. They have a fairly simple menu and good cocktails in a nice atmosphere. The chicken is really flavorful and juicy. Wait staff is friendly and attentive.

This is a good place for dinner, something for everyone. We ate here on a Thursday night, we had called ahead and were seated promptly. The menu offered a mixed fare. So I'm not sure what type restaurant it is. We ordered duck empanadas to start, they blew us away, wonderful! Then we both had shrimp soup, the day's special.... More

First time here and I found Zea to be a jewel hidden away in Lafayette. Their menu features a very good selection of rotisserie foods though some are only available on specific days. I was fortunate to order a Rotisserie braised veal and Lordy it just melted in your mouth. It was succulent and served with a light and delicious... More

We may not take ourselves seriously, but we always take our food seriously. Generic is our mortal enemy.A truly American restaurant always has an opinion. At Zea, we state ours confidently, unapologetically and with a little swagger and laughter. Maybe it's our New Orleans roots, but we know good food. And our personalities are as bold as our menu items are flavorful. As with most lovable southerners, what you see is what you get at Zea. That simply tends to be a lot of extraordinary. Go ahead - try anything on the menu. And don't worry; you'll be hungry again in a few days, inspiring you to come back and try something new.
