First, if you are over 55 go to one of the kiosks and print out your ticket for the $5.50 buffet. They only do this on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The breakfast was very good. Good variety and the made-to-order omelet station was first rate. I...like mine done a little bit drier than most people and when I made that request, she got it just perfect. I was not as impressed with the dinner buffet. There was plenty of food and a variety of choices but it all seemed like frozen food. Nothing stood out. Guess you can't fuss though when you can have all that food for less than $6. On a side note, I wish they would come in and do something about the table tops. Both of the ones we sat at were 'tacky' ALL over the top. I think they need to be sanded down and refinished!More

We gambled at Coushatta for 2 days & ate at the buffet once. It's been several years since we ate here & it has changed some. The restaurant itself is dated & could use some remodeling. The seat cushions in some of the booths are...very soft & low & in some cases separated altogether from the frame the lighting was dim. The entrees that night were mostly fried seafood & some of the fried shrimp was undercooked. There were not many veggies, the rolls were very hard, & some of the few desserts were not labeled at all. Overall food quality was okay, but not the same as when it first opened many years ago, esp. given the price now charged.More

We are generally not big on Buffets unless totally Seafood and Sushi oriented, and more often eat at the other outlets at Coushatta, such as Noodles, Big Sky Steakhouse and Gumbeaux's. However, we took a chance on the Thanksgiving Day Buffet and were pleasantly surprised....Very good selections and quality, including Roasted and Fried Turkey and all the Trimmings--Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Candied Sweet Potatoes, etc--Baked Hams, Prime Rib, Sausages, Steamed Shrimp, Grilled Ahi Tuna, Crab Cakes, Assorted Vegetables, Salad Bar, Four Soups, Cajun Dishes, and Dessert Bar. It was packed with customers. A bit pricey, but good value. Staff did their best during this crunch and was very friendly. I would think that the Holidays and special menu nights (like Crawfish Night or Seafood Night).More

We come to Coushatta frequently to stay at their RV Park. This time we had the evening buffet and were shocked to see how much it NOW costs. $66.00 for 2 people. Seems as though they have changed to an SEAFOOD all the time Buffet....There is NO WAY in Hell you can Eat $66.00 of food. It used to cost much less. IT is now way OVER PRICED. Won't be coming back to the evening buffet!More

My wife came here strictly for the unlimited crab legs. I was less impressed. The lines were long, very inattentive servers, and very average food.

We ate at the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The food is pretty good for a buffet, and we would eat there again when we return.

I went to get my food at noon on 8/15/19. I was seated at a booth and as I was getting my food the server never got my drink. I was almost half way done with my first plate and she finally showed up to...get my drink. My drink was gone when I went to get dessert. I got back to my table and drink was not filled. I finished my dessert and still nothing to drink so I left upset.More

Only on dish of no starchy vegetables and what they have is over cooked. Salad selection is very limited. If you just want to stuff your face with as much food product as possible, you might like it. But you are going pay a lot...for it..More

It was a dinner buffet so the focus was on seafood. I was okay with the fish and shrimp but many others in my party were not as happy. My husband said he saw a server pouring turnip greens out of a bag onto the...service line. The salad bar was a "cesear salad bar" instead of a full salad bar. My daughter wasn't too impressed with the desserts. For the price (yes, there was a discount if you are a card holder), the food should have been better.More

We've been to several casino buffets over the years. If all you had judge the Coushatta on was this buffet, you'd leave, never to return. Thankfully, the buffet is the low point of the Coushatta. We had the good (?) fortune of showing up when...they had crab legs on the buffet. Well, sure, if all you want is crab, maybe that's a good thing? Well, not if you enjoy tasty butter to go with your crab. The butter seemed off. It had floaty bits of yellow stuff in it....like the butter had been heated for a loooong time. The crab was ok...not seasoned at all, though. The rest of the fare was lackluster. Had to stand and wait while the baker prepared some creme brulee...the buffer was empty. We've been here a number of times, never impressed, but it's the only buffet there...so, what can I say?More

No, the buffet is not 24 hour. However there are other places in the Casino where you can eat late.
