A well established place so it was an obvious choice given my recent stay in the Hampton Inn. Not an auspicious start to my meal as one of the very young staff was trying to direct me to the "hosting" table which rather threw me. On passing me over to another staff member her poor attempt at rolling her eyes... More

Reviews looked great, restaurant looked great, my food wasn't and neither was the waiter. I ordered the 6 oz. Filet medium rare with plain broccoli, my filet came out well with a crispy top and bottom, the broccoli followed 15 minutes later. I told the waiter it was over cooked he asked if I wanted another, but I declined, it... More

Celebrated in laws 41st wedding anniversary. Place was crowded standing room only. I believe the place should look into expanding its clear they have outgrown the building space. I was annoyed by the seating arrangement. The set us in the same room as another large party the waitress has to squeeze by to give us food and drinks. Parking area... More

I ate at Copeland's in New Orleans nearly 25 years ago. It was good to revisit and find the food and service still outstanding. I don't know when I'll be back this way again, but I'll be sure to make Copeland's in New Orleans one of my stops to visit.

Outstanding New Orleans food. Tried the corn and crab soup, jambalaya and pumpkin bread pudding. All three were incredible. It has a wonderful atmosphere and very professional service.

As a former New Orleanian, I always eat at Copeland's whenever I am in town for business or pleasure. Went there recently and the food is always good. Got there during Happy Hour, so myself and two other people ordered drinks and 5 appetizers. We could not finish what we ordered. The appetizers are big and filling. I love the... More

Everything at Copeland's is undeniably good. A great Louisiana tradition. Just simply, inexplicably, greatly prepared and served food. My 18 month old Grand Baby loves the Crabcake and Shrimp Pasta in Alfredo Sauce. Please do not hesitate, go savor the creole, and cajun dishes famous to the gulf and bayou areas of the Southern states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.... More

I had a lunch date there today and enjoyed it. As always Copeland's never disappoints. I had the Shrimp Boil (not on the lunch menu but you can request items from the dinner menu). My date had a small plate of the catfish and onion straws. The Pumpkin Bread Pudding gave the meal a perfect ending. The only thing I... More

We dined at Copeland's as a result of the suggestion of the director of West Side Story at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center. It was close to the theater, late after seeing the play (big plug for a fabulous production and our love who played Maria!), and we had just arrived from our home state without time for dinner. So... Copeland's food is great! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I ordered the catfish with jambalaya. Our server recommended a new rice dish with crawfish so I went on her recommendation. It was awesome! the entire meal was a treat!
