Pork & venison sausage is the best! Delicious in jambalaya, gumbo,soup, chili, baked beans, etc.
Boudin balls are good also & sometimes they are packaged by the dozen so you can take them home & freeze.

While traveling home I decided to drop in at Rabideaux's for some cracklin to snack on while driving. Man am I glad I did. The cracklin at Rabideaux's is as good as any I've ever had, worth the slight detour from the interstate.
