This Copelands specifically is one of the best I've ever had. They stay true to the basics and the portions are just ridiculous. Huge plates and awesome tastes. Good job Copelands.

This was one of our favorite restaurants in Homa but as of late it's going downhill. We stopped for a late lunch, around 2pm and they still had a nice crowd but not that busy. The service was great as usual but the food left a lot to be desired. I had the catfish platter which seemed to have been... More
I found this restaurant very strange, I've never heard of some of the combinations they have. Pasta ( deep fried ) is just wrong on so many levels. We had an Italian native in our party and he said you should sack the chef that thought up that idea. I found the hole experience very very weird. It was packed... More
Family outing in Sunday. I had crawfish with bow tie pasta. Terrible, no taste and crawfish was rubbery. I am done with Copeland's in Houma.
This was our first time at this Copeland's location and we were very satisfied. The service was excellent and the food was great.
My husband and I were looking for a last minute place to eat dinner and saw Copeland’s. We are familiar enough with the restaurant to know what we were getting. Our server was helpful and attentive. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful (well, except the biscuits – for some reason they did not put the butter on top like... More
Copeland's in other locations are great (Slidell, LA and the one on Clearview in Jefferson, LA specifically) but the one in Houma is frequently bad. Yesterday I had chicken for the fourth time that was so stringy and chewy that it was puzzling. I have never had chicken like that anywhere else. I used to get the blackened chicken all... More
The Copeland's name has been associated with food in this area for years and they do a good job representing the local flavors well.
We enjoyed a nice meal between lunch and supper here. Our waitress was very pleasant. We had a crawfish on garlic bread appetizer that was yummy. Then I had crab cake over spicy pasta and my husband had shrimp po boy sandwich. We were very pleased with our meal and experience here. Would recommend this to anyone.
