The food was very good, we had the Crab cakes, which were very fresh, I had the grilled Catfish with etuffee. It was exceptional, my wife had the Tillapia with lump crab meat. She thought it was amazing.

It is a small place with a chill out ambiance. Service is efficient. You have in the menu most of the Cajun dishes, mainly fried stuff. The beignets are amazing

I stopped here with a coworker for dinner while in town on business. We tried an assortment of Cajun specialties. We had frog legs, alligator, red beans and rice and gumbo. All solid and a good price.

Went there with two couples. The meal was wonderful and we spent waiting time reading all the Boudreaux jokes written on the tables. It was a delightful luncheon. I suggest everyone who want a good meal plus entertainment to go there. Thanks Ya'll.

Great lunch experience at Boudreau & Thibodeau's in Houma. The gumbo is the best I've tasted in a long time. I highly recommend it.

One of the basic differences is that tomatoes are used more liberally in Creole dishes e.g. gumbo, etoufee, many other entrees. Cajun cuisine generally doesn't use tomatoes in gumbos or etoufees.

I don't know if they take reservations, but this is very casual place with wooden booths, back country decor, and great food.

We aren't from there so can't answer your question. The trip to Houma is worth it though.
