If you try to assume anything based on appearances, you just may be shocked. Don't judge this book by it's cover! I had heard the burgers were good, but this experience was well beyond my expectation. Our sever was attentive and pleasant without being overbearing....props to you Abi!! The quality of the meat was great and it was cooked to... More

My son brought me here for a burger. I have to say I was skeptical in the beginning. After tasting the Piglet all fears disappears. The best bar none restaurant burger I have ever had. 5 thumbs up.

Charcoal grilling, cooked to order, reasonable prices, peanuts that you can throw the shells on the floor, what's not to love?

I saw that they reopened on Lapalco. Decided to go in last week for a burger. on top of the loudmouth, obnoxious kids they have working behind the counter, and waiting 10 minutes to get a drink refill because the waiter wanted to play the jukebox, it wasn't like it used to be. It's just disappointing. if you're going to... More

When I was a young girl my father took my sister and I to this place. I have looked for it since. WE Found it this weekend oh my just as I remembered. This location was not as dark as the one we went to years ago but they were the best hamburgers ever. I will be returning and want... More

Mc Donald's has more competent people . You get better experience at Asian buffet. Glasses where dirty had ketchup on them condiments on table were bad and I think some of staff may be products of many generations of backwoods inbreeding

If you are looking for a quick burger in a no frills place- Ruby Reds is it on the west bank. Its a super casual diner type place that used to be the best place for burgers in New Orleans. Its hard to find- tucked away in a strip mall.

This used to be one of my childhood favorites. You could throw the peanuts on the floor and 3 item menu made things simple. The hamburgers seem parmade now and just arent the same. Dont get me wrong you will not have a bad time here, just not like it used to be.

I do not care too much for this place. The food is OK and that is about it.
