I had the veal parmigiana po boy sandwich, which, although too big for me to finish, was just awesome! Our waiter was attentive and offered great hospitality and dedicated service, especially considering how busy the restaurant was when we dined.

The service is fast, just walk up to the food counter and order your food and it is prepared wail you wait. Take your tray of food to any table in the place and enjoy!

Rocky's has been an icon of St. Bernard parish (chalmette) for a long time. It's food is to say delicious one plate can feed two people. The price is little high though even if it is good. They are always crowded it seems a little unorganized but it is a very old fashioned place that has not changed in over... More

Best Roast Beef PoBoy ever! Mac and Cheese is also phenomenally good. Lots of choices and pricing is good for portion size.

I have been going to Rocky and Carlo's, or Rocky's as my parents called it, since I can remember. The menu hasn't changed much in all these years and that's a good thing. The owners, both Iralian immigrants, got it right the first time. Although there was a period in my teens and twenties when I got an attitude about... More

This is what Guy Fieri would call a dive, it is a look new since Hurricane Katrina flooded the place in 2008 then they had a fire a year of so later, but the food is still great, if you have never eaten here you have got to make the trip, The macaroni and cheese is one of a kind.... More

Loved the visit. Excellent soft shell crab, cabbage and Mac and cheese. Salad was just ok- but everything else by far makes up for it!!

I have been going to this restaurant my entire life. My favorite is the veal parmesan and baked macaroni. It is a cafeteria-style restaurant, so don't look for anything fancy...lol. If you are looking for an appetizer, get the onion strings.

Apparently this is a New Orleans institution - I just don't get it. We made the trip out for dinner and from what I read on Trip Advisor I had expected to enjoy a good dinner. I went with 3 friends and we all ordered different dishes, and a couple of extra sides, but not one of us enjoyed anything... More
