We stopped here for lunch traveling through Louisiana, actually looking for Mulate's (which used to be in this location). We were not disappointed in the restaurant ownership change at all. We both ordered the fried catfish plate and a side of hushpuppies. All the food was so delicious! The general manager spent some time talking with us, and we really... More

My wife and I went here based on references and Trip Advisor. The service was great. The entertainment was awesome and were not dancers but we danced!!!Food was ok by any standard but Gumbo was a large insult to call it Gumbo. I saw one lady send hers back and I should have . Campbells Gumbo in the can would... More

Cajun band and dance floor - every night. Eat, drink, dance and/or listen to cajun bands. Happy hour til 7pm - when the band starts. Just sit back and enjoy yourself!

This restaurant, formerly known as Mulatte's, is a fun and friendly place. The Cajun food and service are excellent, and they feature different local bands. Every other Wednesday, it is the site of the Bon Temp Roulez TV program. The band and dancers are televised.

Saw this while we were taking supplies to a family that had lost everything in the recent flooding. We had to go to Zachary but we got hungry so thought we'd try this pl;ace. Then had a lot of good looking stuff on the menu, but I ended up getting the lunch buffet. The buffet had a small salad bar,... More

I honestly cannot remember what meal I had here, but because I did not experience one bad meal in our 4 days of eating our way around Louisiana, I can honestly say it was good, whatever it was. The music experience is what stands out in my mind at Pont Breaux's. Lee Benoit & band was playing that night &... More

Had a delicious dinner with alligator and crawfish. The music was awesome, locals dancing - loved it.

Stopped by for dinner so that my wife could experience some Cajun music. The Cajun music was a good experience, but the food was not the best.

We visited on a Saturday night, to find about 20 diners in a barn of a place, with a very good Cajun band. Most of the diners were over 70 and seemed to be local, all waltzing to the music. A varied menu of Cajun classic dishes. Glad we went.

We came in as a large group of 17 ready for a good time taking in the local fare and music, so we were not in a hurry as we planned to make an evening of it. Started off fine with drinks and appetizers, all good, while listening and dancing to the live Cajun music. I didn't catch it immediately... More
