The brisket was lean and had a decent smoke flavor but the ribs appeared to be overcooked and were somewhat tough. The greens and beans were well seasoned but the cornbread was a disappointment. The portions are a decent size and the place is clean with a friendly staff. If you are craving BBQ and keep your expectations in check... More

I've never been to the actually restaurant but have ordered delivery in the past two months. You CANNOT go wrong with the brisket. It melts in your mouth like butter. It's high on the list of the best I've ever had. Pair it with some macaroni and cheese and potato salad or throw it on top of their stuffed potatoes... More

Just want to say THANK YOU to Voodoo for supporting #25 on the 25th (for the fallen officers). Sitting here waiting for to go orders. Great to see it packed. I haven't gotten my food but I know it will be great. The staff is always great here & tonight is no difference. Thanks again!!

Voo Doo BBQ serves several meats (from a menu that is confusing) and all are good, but not great. The pork is tasty but does not compare to The Shed. The brisket is dry, but good. They offer three different BBQ sauces but I find them all having a bit too much vinegar for my taste preferences. Unfortunately, the potato... More

I ate here with some coworkers one day on a whim. They said that it had great BBQ, and I wasn't disappointed. The Pulled Pork was melt in your mouth. It was a little dry, as I am used to Texas-style where it is heaped with tons of sauce, but it was still good. They had three different sauces on... More

We decided to stop en route to FL since we hadn't had a chance to eat BBQ in TX. The food was fine, nothing exceptional, and a little more than I expected to pay given the atmosphere. They even charged for pickles with my BBQ. Service also was fine. In the future I would request sliced BBQ on something besides... More

I got the bbq shrimp for 9.99 and it didn't come with sides but I knew that so I got a drink as well. The bbq shrimp were very good but it just wasn't enough food for me. We stopped here on a road trip so I probably won't be back but the taste was good and everyone else was... More

We love pulled pork and they deliver a consistently great product. The unusual sides like corn pudding and sweet potato casserole make for a delicious meal.

The staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean but the food was okay and a little overpriced. Overall an average experience. My only complaint was that my meat came with no bread on the side. Unless you order a platter (meat, sides, and toast) you only get a plate of meat. I have never been to a BBQ place... More
