La Carreta is consistently good. The menu is diverse but is traditional. The servers are always nice and efficient. I have been here 20+ times and never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable.

My coworkers and I visited her for Cinco de mayo and was asked how long we were going to be because others were waiting. When you're spending your money at an establishment, this is the last thing you expect to be asked.

The chips and salsa was good. That's all I had in the way of food. I was there for margaritas and they were very good. All are made by hand, even the frozen ones are made by hand before freezing.

I live a few blocks down from this restaurant so I go there quite a bit with my family. I've also gone there for drinks and snacks after work and I find it a pleasant place to meet and catch up with friends. While the food is mostly average Mexican fair (no near the quality of Superior Grill down the... More

Good food. Reasonable prices. SIX tables with FOUR waiters. Poorest service I've ever experienced! 15 minutes to approach our table to ask if we wanted drinks!

Went here for the first time with a group of friends. Had a platter with chicken taco cheese enchilada and beans and rice. Place was very busy and being my first time there I was looking forward to some good food. Wait staff were friendly, efficient and helpful in getting what I wanted rather that reading through all the menu.... More

Atmosphere is nice here. Service was excellent, never had to wait for a refill. Chips and salsa were very good. Our table ordered four different entrees and everyone loved their food. I got the taco trio with the shrimp taco, Al carbon taco and the barbacoa taco and really enjoyed them all. My daughter got the tamales, one of her... More

Got to the restaurant around 1:00 PM on a Sunday, the place was about half full. Waiter got our drinks and appetizers out quickly. We had the Taco salad with chicken, chicken was tender and flavor full. We also had the combo burrito taco and enchilada (the La Bamba). Enjoyed it, will get it again. Flavor was good, prices were... Great patio great margs great food great time. This is the place I want to be on a fall or spring after work happy hour. Two for one margaritas and a great atmosphere- a fire pit if there's a chill in the air.

After a long week of work we first headed to superior grill but the wait time was 40 minutes so we headed down the street. Margaritas were good. I have had better chips and salsa. Ordered nachos as a meal. They were ok. I glanced at the dinner menu before I ordered. I thought the were terribly expensive. Not a... More
