This is the perfect place if you're willing to trade taste for excluded things. It was food, that's all.

I *really* wanted to like this all gluten free establishment, but it was honestly quite odd and not good. Having celiac disease, I was excited by the extensive menu and ordered a burger with sweet potato fries...what I got was honestly an inedible piece of meat that I could not even tell WAS beef. Honestly, it had an odd color... More

This restaurant is awesome! We enjoyed lunch and took some goodies back with us. The petit fours are fabulous! Everything here is fresh and homemade and free from the major allergens. Don't miss this experience while in Baton Rouge!

This is a nice place, from the kind and attentive waitress to having a really good tasting GF turkey panini (not crumbly or bland) and GF donut it has so much to stop back for. The side of coleslaw was so creative and tasty too. * It's a safe haven for gf patrons. * There's a whole showcase of gluten-free... More

Wow! What a selection of food and baked goodies. Everyone at our table had something different and it was all great. It's not cheap, but well worth it. We will be back for sure next time we pass through Baton Rouge.

I found out recently that I'm allergic to wheat. The thought of going w/o cake or bakery products was very depressing. My wife ordered me a small chocolate cake from Truly Free. It was delicious!! Will try again!!

I love the food here especially the vegetarian chili and pear and walnut salad. Quinoa bowls are also very good. Atmosphere is lacking but it's a great lunch spot if you are looking for something quick and healthy.

Gf, kid friendly, and great food options. Svc was slow but friendly. We sat down and ate and took some goodies for the road

The food at Truly Free is tasty, but they have service problems. I have a lot of food allergies so I hardly ever eat out. Truly Free is one of the only places in Baton Rouge that I can occasionally go to because if I make some substitutions and am very specific about my order, I can have a couple... More

I love the food here and rated it a 5. However the portions are very small and skimpy for the high prices. I would normally overlook some of this for quality food if it were not for the caustic and haughty attitude of the owners. They are always in a nasty mood, treat customers poorly, to say the least, and... More
