Love this place... been eating here for years. They temporarily don't have buffet due to COVID stuff, but the food is still excellent. Any Louisianian would love the fish, the noodles, the fried rice, and the stir fried dishes like basil sauce or garlic sauce. If you are looking for authentic Thai/Southeast Asia, go for the soups, the Nam Sod, curries, and anything else that floats your boat. It is all very very good. The beef salad is great, the Thai Omelet (temporarily gone, but it will be back!) is ridiculous, and the deserts are great. Get some Thai tea to cool down the spice, and all will be well in the world.

This is a small restaurant, cozy ambience. The buffet has a variety of authentic Thai food like noodles, salad, curry, etc. There are separate stations for salad and desserts too. Prices is cheap (round $10 with tax) for such a good buffet. Drink is not included in the buffet price (except water). Service is friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I've ever had Thai food so I can't compare the food . The place was really busy though. The buffet was pretty big and offered a nice selection of food to try. There was also a small salad bar and a dessert area. I found a few things I really enjoyed. The desserts were not for me though we shared each one they had . There was some noodles that reminded me of the Singapore street noodles at P.F. Chang's minus the chicken, shrimp, and tomatoes . The service was good they kept the buffet stocked . I probably will not come back but that's because I didn't really like the Thai food versus other ethnic foods like Indian .

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant that I didn't know, and which did not have the air of "success" surrounding it. We arrived at around 6:20 PM. Two people for dinner. I got the the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with vegetables and tofu. My dinner partner had Pad Thai with vegetables and Tofu. I loved my dish, and my dinner partner at least thought theirs was good. The portions seemed generous in size, but in actuality I would say they were normal sized portions but with GENEROUS amounts of LOW CALORIE vegetables. The taste was fantastic, and the amount of vegetables in it was magnificent. I normally wouldn't like cauliflower and so much broccoli and tomato as part of the mix, but it was just so tasty that it was one of the best things I've had. I wish this place was down the street from me, but I am actually from out of town! It seems like it might be family owned. The lady who took our orders and brought our food out was nice. I also had the tapioca with coconut milk dessert, which I would say was okay (simple, not fantastic, and that was fine with me since the main course was fantastic). For value, I would give 4.5 stars, but will round up to 5. If you are shopping for taste and don't mind spending $10 per Entree, then it is 5 stars without reservation, for my experience.

I read someone mentioning that they didn't rate this place 5 stars because of its simple look, and I can really agree with that, but the taste of the food and very reasonable price made me want to rate this place as high as possible to give it a bit of a boost. How did I discover this place which, although it's on a major thoroughfare, is a bit understated and hidden - and a local jewel which, on a very cold January day when we went for lunch was busy the whole time we were there. My son, who grew up in Baton Rouge, was the one who suggested it. Both my wife and I, who don't have access to very good Thai food in Brazil, just couldn't quite get enough from all-you-can-eat buffet. I could myself going to this place at least weekly if I lived in Baton Rouge. Definitely a family business which doesn't actually make an effort to be authentic - it just is (though I've never been to Thailand to confer "authenticity"). Anyway, enough written, just go and have a plentiful meal there!

Found this out of the way buffet on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try even though it didn't have many reviews. The outside isn't much to look at, but the garden of Thai food selection is yummy and impressive. Enough variety to please both the Thai novice as well as the experienced. I recommend the soups (coconut, lemon grass) as well as the spicy Thai vegetable curry. Could not find anything I didn't like. If the place was prettier I may have given it all 5 stars. Come and get some!!

I love to come here for the lunch buffet. The soups are wonderful and there are a lot of vegetables. The only meat found in the dishes is chicken. It would be nice to have a little more variety. The food is always fresh and tasty, however. I come her often

I love Thai food and this was some of the best I've ever had. Don't miss the larb, chicken w/basil - so many things I enjoy, it is hard to pick the very best.

A buffet awaits to fulfill your Thai crave! There is much to taste and enjoy; main entrees (vegetarian to chicken to pork), sides, soups, to desserts (sticky rice pudding). There's always a hefty crowd during lunch- a great reflection to loyal and well-informed taste buds!

I have dinner here once a week without fail. The Chicken Larb appetizer is quite frankly the best I have had anywhere - EVER!sometimes I order it as an entree!! I have set on trying a different curry every week - the green curry with shrimp is perfectly spiced and full of tasty shrimp! All their Thai curry is excellent. The Basil Chicken is also quite good! I'm not fond of buffets anywhere so I have not tried lunch here. But dinner is off the charts good!! Wish I could give this place more than five stars!!

Been going here for two decades. To my knowledge, it is the same chef still. The food is outrageously good! Go for buffet right when it opens at 11 AM and you will thank me. Ordering at night is great too, and I'd recommend a pot of soup. Lunch favs are soup, steak salad, larb, yellow curry, basil chicken, and deserts. But it is all great. The spicy tofu, my gosh I forgot the spring rolls with their sauce in the back corner, the grilled seasoned chicken dish, thai omlet, .. I could go on. Best darn food in town! My kids and wife love it too.

We so loved this Thai Food. Everyone in my family loved their lunch. My favorite was the vegetarian Pad Thai. My son liked the fried brown rice. My husband enjoyed the chicken dish. My daughter ate the Spring rolls. The lemon grass soup was very good.!! Very reasonably priced. We will go back!
