In the past the buffet was very good especially the Friday evening seafood buffet. However, the lunch buffet was unimaginative and lacked a variety of good veggie choices. They ran out of catfish during my visit but replenished it several minutes later. The meatloaf was very dry and the fried chicken did not appeal to me. Let me say that... More

I usually end up here after a visit to Perryville Historic Battlefield Park. It's a short drive from Perryville and they offer a decent buffet lunch for a more than reasonable price. The food is filling if not spectacular. Don't get me wrong it's good country cooking with great service. This is where the locals told me to go years... More

I have eaten here several times- they have a nice soup and salad bar to go along with a nice menu with nightly specials- I am a craft beer guy, especially IPA's,but in this area the most exotice beer you can find is Blue Moon

Nice find in this small town. Service was very good and friendly, thank you Cindy K. Food was very good. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich with fried and Cole slaw (under 8 dollars) and I had the buffet which was loaded... catfish, shrimp, beef, green beans, soup beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, salad bar, 2 cobblers and... The service was outstanding and the food was very good. The seafood buffet was a big hit with all. On Sundays they have a brunch that we have heard is fantastic.

Mordecais is just going down hill. Atmosphere is bland. The "Happy Hour" hours are rediculous. Noone is out at those times. They have a bartender for 1 hour on Sundays. This place needs a rescue. It's a great spot for our town but everyone is going elsewhere.

The meal was great. They had a seafood buffet, but I just can't eat that much. I did have salmon and it was perfectly cooked. It came with tons of food, to go along with it plus the salad bar. The salad bar has a lot of options on it. The service was great!

Menu is somewhat limited, but you will find something that will fit your pallet. Service is fast and friendly. Comfortable seating and a full bar. Non-smoking throughout the restaurant.

We had dinner here with friends on Nov 14th and 15th while staying at a nearby B & B. Nice place well situated on main street in Springfield Ky. Waiting staff was quick and friendly. There looked to be lots of locals eating, which usually means good food. I ordered the Hot Brown on the first night and it was... More
