We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from vacation. We found the food to be good and priced good. My wife and I ate the breakfast bar $8.39. My son did not want to go here and was not going to eat anything as he wanted a Mcgriddle from MD. Our waitress (Rachelle) went out of her way... More

While passing thru, my lady companion and I tried this place since it was close by. In the commercial restaurant food chain, this is just above the Huddle House, with Waffle House being the base. Here the title of Friendly...is missing. Our young waitress readily wore her frown while her mind was obviously some where else. The decor and amenities... More

We don't have Frisch's at home so we get excited every time we travel and find one. The buffet was well stocked until the guy in front of me decided he needed the last half of the pan of eggs. They brought out another pan quickly though.

Like Shoney's, we don't have a Big Boy near us either, so when we see one we just have to visit for the novelty and nostalgia of it all. Sadly though, despite being very bright and cheerfully decorated inside and out, the breakfast buffet was a bit empty, dried out, and just plain not that good. Our waitress was very... More

This was a lot like Shoney's or a Denny's. Service was pretty good though. Food was ok, with it having a limited but adequate menu. Would probably stop here again if traveling.

We were not ready for a large meal when we came here, so we each had the soup and salad bar. Big Boy always has good ones. There was several kinds of salad, great soup and fresh fruit. Very nice

I grew up going to Bob's Big Boy and so coming here was like revisiting my childhood. Some things have changed (I have too). I had to still get the Big Boy with fries and a salad (because that is tradition) but I like how you can order your sandwich separately and then choose if you want a side, what... More
