Have patronized this restaurant a couple of times, as part of a large group and on date night. The options seem pretty authentic, although I'm no expert on Vietnamese cuisine, but everything I've had tasted wonderful. The service is pretty attentive.

This place is great! The spring rolls are a breath of fresh air. Prompt service even as busy as it was.

Try the shaking beef, it's tender and with a delicious sauce. Also the shrimp and rice noodle salad is excellent. Lots of good quality shrimp. The whole team works together on service and the food comes out quickly and they get your order right.

Wanted to try based on TA and connection to Van's (same family). Overall, very good. High quality ingredients, well prepared. Squid (calamari) very nicely done with pineapple and jalapeño. Crispy 1/2 duck very moist but needed a little more sauce - and not the same as having with rice rolls and hoisin. There are better Vietnamese in the area, but... More

Saigon Spring is one of our favorite restaurants in the Capital District. The food is GREAT, the cocktails are interesting and service is always excellent. The summer rolls, pho, ribs and crispy chicken are all family favorites. Love the feel of the place. It's a great place to take friends or to have a couples night out. Highly recommended!

Saigon Spring is a nice addition to the Clifton Park area. Wine and beer are reasonably priced. They offer a nice variety of starters and several options for main course. The pho is good.

Been going to Saigon Spring for some time now, there has not been one dish I've had that was not amazing. My favorite starter are the shrimp summer rolls, they're just so refreshing and with the sauce it's paired with the flavors really come out. The pho options are better than others around town (Clifton Park area & Saratoga), the... More

I have eaten at the Saigon Spring a half-dozen times over the last 2 years, both with and without extended family. The service is excellent and the ambiance is relaxed and upmarket, with good spacing between tables. I am not especially fond of Vietnamese-style food, so my menu choices have not been adventurous, but the food here is good, and... More

DO NOT FOLLOW TA MAP TO GET YOU THERE, will end up in subdivision but it is in a small strip mall on hwy 9 Terrific, wonderful, delish, tastee, top notch. Most of the customers appeared to be Vietnamese so we knew this was the place. Clean, staff great and the food FRESH, FRESH, FRESH... Loved the oxtail soup, and... More

Our friends told us about this restaurant so we decided to give it a try as we love Vietnamese food and are long time fans of Van's in Albany. Saigon Spring is really a nice alternative. The menu is similar but not the same and the portions are not quite as large as Van's but the flavor was excellent and... More
