My husband I were looking for something to new to try just passing through. Found Doe’s on Trip Advisor. It did not disappoint. Fast and friendly service. The food was awesome. Hot and fresh. Very pleased with our find.
We met 3 other couples and had dinner here, the steaks were really, really good! The side items and appetizers were shared around the table, I especially liked the tamales. My husband ordered the sirloin for us and those are usually around 3 pounds, we...More
OK, so why would a vegetarian go to a well established steak house for dinner? Because I was in Paducah on a short business trip and was attending a business dinner. I knew I was in trouble when I asked the waitress what their vegetarian...More

I agree with the person who said the prices were comparable to other places known for their steaks. We shared a large Porterhouse and each had a very good salad and large, loaded baked potato. We thought the restaurant had a lot of atmosphere and history, due to its age , and enjoyed reading about its past. It was a little more expensive but worth the special experience and good food. Treat yourself!
