Went here with a few couples & decided to wait for our table in the bar. Two young female bartenders seemed to be having a contest to see who could be the most apathetic about their job & the customers. Unbelievable! We were seated and waited on by a young man who was excellent, he did a great job. Several... More

Expected more for the price I paid. The flavors were there but the meat was so so. I expected fall off the ribs type but they were a bit on the tough side. Loved the ambience though, and staff were friendly. Overall, it was just okay.

Went for a family dinner, portions were way smaller than before, no room for an 8 top to eat together(with a divider separating us), and the server was hardly present. ( I have 20+ yrs. in restaurants). Not the place it used to be.

Me, my wife and son went to eat at your restaurant in louisville, ky. Our waitress first sat us down, got our drinks and asked for our order. 20 minutes later had to flag her down, after she walked by us 4 times because we was all out of tea. It took 1:15 to get our food from after we... More

We were celebrating the end of a very busy week for our family and has not been here in a while. My son's steak was fatty but tasty, my chicken was dry and not so great. Hubby reported that the dirty rice is not real dirty rice. Our favorite was the corn bread appetizer and the broccoli cheese soup was... More

I have eaten here before when visiting family in Louisville and it was good for a chain restaurant. Unfortunately the same could not be said on this visit. I ordered the loaded potato with brisket. The potato was small for an entrée. The brisket was very fatty and was sliced rather than chopped. As a side dish the amount of... More

I would eat here again. Liked my brisket. If you like wee bit of heat in your BBQ sauce U will LOVE theirs. Fire grilled corn does NOT need red peppers. Coleslaw OK. Alcoholic drinks pricey for volume of drink U R served. Do NOT order SALMON/ FISH at BBQ restaurant. May be overcooked. Hope I can have dinner w... More

Well, I should start by saying I don't enjoy smoked food. It was my sister's birthday so she chose. In my opinion, BBQ is what you do in the back yard with friends and family. Smokey bones does not accept reservations so we had to wait over 30 minutes for our party of 9 to be accommodated at 5:30pm on... More

We met a nephew here for supper and it was fantastic. I got St Louis ribs and brisket. My wife got the pulled pork. My nephew got baby backs. His fiancee got chicken. Every thing was good except the St Louis ribs. They were dry, crusty, salty and had too much rub on them. the brisket was fork tender and... More
