Great system they use where you order first at the counter and then grab a table, or vise versa. I love this place for breakfast or lunch. Great coffee and authentic, satisfying Mexican food. The Huevos Rancheros and Burrito are amazing.

Really good brunch/lunch food with a Mexican flair. I love the tacos! We also ordered the French toast that was delicious. Really good coffees, too.

Having stated previously in my quest to cure my fever that only Huevos Ranchero can cure, I continue my quest throughout my travels and as recent events have placed me in Louisville Kentucky. One location that was chosen for breakfast was the Con Huevos Restaurant....I understand that I’m nowhere near the border and that the taste will be very different than what I would normally expect. In my travels, especially in the “South”, Southerns have a different idea or palette for what is considered mexican food. However, Con Huevos Restaurant served me with the cores of the expected Huevos Rancheros. Two eggs, slightly hard fried (not over easy or runny yoke). Served upon top corn flour tortillas. Now the presentation was that there are two corn tortillas that seemed to be lined or ‘sandwich’ with refried beans in between. Then the tortillas by half and then in quarters it appears. All this was placed upon a red sauce with whips of what appeared or tasted like puree jalapeno sauce. Its presentation was unique and it taste was straight up delicious. Very please and drove to Nashville on this one meal. Great start to the day.More

We were so excited to try Con Huevos based on several reviews. The shop is adorable and inviting. We placed our order at the counter, and grabbed a table. The first part of my bfast was delish, the fruit. But I was so bummed when...my breakfast came. The eggs Benedict....they were basically hard boiled eggs on two very dry inedible biscuits. But here is the kicker, because of the counter ordering, NO ONE...NOT one person asked how our food was. You do not have a server, so there is no connection with the establishment. I think they need to focus on the basics.More

Love this place. Everything I have tried from its menu has been great. I must confess that it is a little bit pricey, but totally worth because of the quality and taste of the food. My personal favorite: huevos rancheros and leche de chocolate.

This place is amazing. Whatever you get will be wonderful. I recommend trying the Poblano Mole sauce - simply tasty. Place will be packed but it’s worth the wait. I got the Omelet Depapa 👍🏼

Good place for brunch, the establishment is packed. Our Mexican breakfast are delicious, the sever good, they keeping the turn over fast. The atmosphere are pleasant, brightly decorated with alot of cheerful images. The restaurant quiet small, so you planning to eat there given it...some waiting time.More
