Great system they use where you order first at the counter and then grab a table, or vise versa. I love this place for breakfast or lunch. Great coffee and authentic, satisfying Mexican food. The Huevos Rancheros and Burrito are amazing.

Spoiler alert, yes it can!
On our last day in Louisville the past weekend, my wife and I decided to walk from our hotel over to Con Huevos! to grab a quick breakfast. After seeing they had chilaquiles and tres leches pancakes on the menu, we simply couldn't resist and knew we had to make a stop. Located inside of the Falls City Market, the simple and unimposing little eatery delivered what may be one of my top three breakfasts of all time. As someone who lives and dies by breakfast, this is not a statement I make lightly. Trust me, I could go on and on about the food, but nothing I say will truly do it justice. What I can say is this: I highly, highly recommend you treat yourself and stop in sometime for a five-star breakfast experience.

I stopped at Con Huevos! at the 2125 S Hurstborne Pkwy location for breakfast this morning. The huevos rancheros was excellent - served fresh with lots of flavor. I also liked the Mexican coffee. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The restaurant has a very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast with a glass of milk, a cup of coffee, tax and tip was $28 - a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it. That's why I'm going back again tomorrow.

The food was not very good quality and was overpriced. On top of that, there was dirt on top of the cans of soda and when we went to pay, the owner was having a phone conversation the entire time while at the counter and we had to wait until another person who worked there noticed this in order for us to pay for the food. It was overall a very bad experience.

My wife and I visited Con Huevos for breakfast on a recent trip to Louisville. The menu is extensive and filled with both savory Mexican inspired dishes and creative sweet dishes. I lean towards the savory and could not ignore the restaurant’s self-proclaimed signature dish: Huevos Rancheros. I added Chorizo to my meal. Savory corn tortillas were filled with meaty and flavorful chorizo and creamy refried black beans, and topped with soft yolky sunny side up eggs, creamy avocado, and lightly spicy salsa ranchera. Overall, Con Huevos is a solid choice for a quality breakfast.

Visiting from the east coast and Con Huevos was recommended by our AirBnB host. It was yummy! We were there mid-morning on a Saturday and the line moved quickly but we never felt rushed. Indoor and outdoor seating; family friendly; great food with fresh ingredients. The Cuban coffee was very authentic. Highly recommend!

As regulars, we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We were told there was a 45-minute wait to be seated, which we accepted. However, both families seated before us were not on the waiting list. A couple who arrived after us was seated right away, and then a family of four who just walked in was immediately offered a table. It was frustrating and unfair that the staff disregarded the wait times and the order of arrival. This treatment was unacceptable, especially for loyal customers. We won’t be coming back.

I’m back in Louisville and I said if I ever get back here this is the place I won’t miss. Best breakfast ever! Love huevos rancheros had it again and was not disappointed. We ordered a Tres Leche pancakes and they are also just how I remember it. The place has been enlarged a bit and they did a great job . It still has that warm inviting atmosphere. They have seating outside and plenty inside. You place your order at the counter now and they bring it to the table. So make sure you ask for everything you want ! It gets busy! They do come around and offer more coffee and ask if everything is ok. I’m so glad they are still here. I hope they are still here when I come back again! Make sure you try this place you won’t be disappointed!

This is my 2nd visit to a Con Huevos while visiting Louisville and as with my 1st visit a few years ago, they did not disappoint. Food and service was great, and quickly prepared. A local favorite that remains on the list to visit when in town.

Yummy fast breakfast food with some unique coffee options. Only slight compliant is the girl at the front could of been nicer but maybe she was just having a bad day. I’ll definitely go again when I’m in town.

This place is better than wild eggs and first watch. I rarely go out for breakfast because I’m a good cook and I will definitely go to this breakfast spot every time.

First time in Louisville, visiting from the DC area. We love our DC brunches and Con Huevos definitely exceeds the best of brunching standards!!! Service was fast and food was OUTSTANDING. We went for the cuban coffee, but we left with a full meal in our bellies.
