This place has been a favorite for our family, but has recently gone downhill. Seems the owner has trouble hiring because orders consistently messed up, items missing, and poor service overall. Still like the pizza, but third time order has been more than 20 minutes late, wrong or missing pizza from order, and staff seems fairly indifferent.

I stopped by to try our new Norton Commons Pizza place! I am from Long Island NY! I purchased slice. Size of slice is smaller than NY! A slice of pizza in Ny averages $2.50 a slice! This restaurant charges $4.00 a slice! A bit over the top price per size. It was adequate as far as crust/pepperoni and taste!

This place is awesome. Pizza is top notch and worth the price. I wouldn't say I am a pizza snob but I lived in the Philly South Jersey area and I've been exposed to some good pizza. The pizza is just like that! Crust is amazing and made fresh in house. You can order a counter pie which let's you pick a d choose from a bunch of different toppings but still gets you a whole pizza for the same price. BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken were amazing. I will be back for more next time I am in town. Currently they are working on expanding to have a bar section with TVs. I am excited for next time I come back and it be finished!

Hostess could not answer any basic menu questions NOR the server. We ordered by the slice pizza to start plus drinks. The server brought the drinks then our food AND the check at the same time. We PLANNED to order more but felt rushed as if she wished to move on to the next tip. The pizza slices were obviously not fresh. Re-heated Dominos at midnight is better. We were glad Bruscos moved on because the service was terrible but their by the slice was AMAZING. Please pay them for their recipe! We support our local businesses. We want them to be successful. But please train your staff! Even the greeter was not friendly at all. I was mid sentence as she simply walked away. Hoping for the best but not holding my breath after today.

I went to the restaurant on Factory Lane off LaGrange Road. I was beyond disappointed. I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered two medium pizzas and tipped generously. My total came to $48.00. When I got home and opened the boxes, the pizzas looked pitiful. One of the pizzas was completely thrown in the box. The pizzas were dry and tasteless. The pizzas in the Walmart deli are 10 times better than this. Honestly, Frozen pizza is better. The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired. I should have known by the piled up pizza boxes that my expectations were way too high. I won’t be back!

The staff is very gracious and efficient. The food is spot on. Being from NYC the cheese pie felt like being at home. The garlic knots are actually better than the pizza joint I've been going to for over 40 years in NY. Definitely recommend dining at this great find.

We found Old School NY pizza on the map during a cross country drive. What a great find! A wide variety of pizza ready to be heated up for slices. Super tasty, friendly service, and quick so we could get back on the road. I’m hoping we can stop here on our way home!

Terrible service, order wrong, had a chance but did not make it right. They got the order wrong, made one of two pizzas I ordered,. They made me wait 15 minutes for the second pizza, but it was wrong. They charged me for it, let it sit for 15 minutes and sent it home. It was cold and stale by the time I got there. And I even told them I wanted two fresh pizza’s. Is that too much to ask?

Norton Commons location: If you like to sit on wood, food on paper plates, cheap silverware, wine glass not a wine glass, like to be served the appetizer and entre at the same time, no help from the server to put food in what I guess you could call doggie bags (not really, just a big box) oh and most importantly the pizza is just fair,,,,,,, then this is the restaurant for you.

I tried Old New York Pizza tonight. I ordered one cheese pizza $16.04, one Whitestone $17.95 and one make your own with an assortment of four toppings $21.67. I ordered from their web site which was slightly antiquated and took a bit of time. I set up an account in hopes I had found a great new pizza discovery. They have no delivery unfortunately, so I selected carry out. I tipped on the app and it said to pick up the pizza in 60 minutes. I went there in 40 wanting to make sure my pizza was hot and fresh. Upon entering the dining room, there was a mountain of folded in a boxed sitting on the table in the foyer. I thought that seemed a little strange that anyone could have access to touching any of these boxes or coughing or whatever. There were at least 100 of them sitting there. The person at the register asked my name and then walked around the counter to a delivery bag sitting on another fold up table. My order was already made and sitting in the bag despite arriving 20 minutes sooner. I also ordered a large Greek salad to share. When I got home 10 minutes away, I opened all boxes for our group to eat. I noticed the pizza was slightly cold already. There was definitely no oozy cheese anywhere. It was too cold and very flat. The pizza was missing any kind of salt or basil which might give it some flavor. I realized they did not ask me if I’d like Parmesan or red pepper. My bad. I wished I had gotten some to add to the flavor. The Whitestone though was unlike any white pizza I’ve ever had. It was supposed to have a ricotta spread, herbs, Romano cheese and garlic oil. It literally was tasteless, an inedible pizza truly. The universal feeling Of anyone who tried it was it was just bad. I rarely will call on pizza but I thought the owner would like to know if a pizza came out that dry and tasteless. Boy, I was in for a surprise. I spoke to the person answering the phone who passed along the phone to an older man. I explained the pizza’s dryness. He said “that is how it is made. He said you dont like it, that is your fault. You dont get nothing. This is how it is made.” Not only is this called Old New York Style pizza. It is a rude New York style attitude. He can take his dried up, card board pizza and stick it. I would never walk foot into this ridiculous establishment with this mean old owner. I wish I could have taken my $10 tip back from someone who certainly did not deserve it. For $80 plus dollars, you can certainly find much better.

I placed a 2-go order. The person on the phone wasn’t very informative with my couple questions. The pizza was ok just expected more with the name of the place. “NY” pizza company.

Pizza is fine, but no better than fine. A little too tomato-ey for my taste. Soda refills are always good but the root beer was out, which was a shame. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Went there with my family for lunch - great pizza. Staff is friendly and efficient. You pick your slice (or slices) and they put them back in the oven to warm them up...when the pizza is served it is hot and delicious. We shared an order of hot knots and they are delicious - buttery and soft. The garden salad is fresh and loaded with ingredients - it is as good as any salad you can get in the area. My oldest had the canolis for dessert - they are hand piped to order - he said they were delicious. The best part in my book - my family of 4 left the place for $32...and that is a good deal in my book.
