Went to Louisville, Ky for the 4th of July weekend. Stopped at Mark's for lunch, the food had a nice smokey flavor, the sides were decent especially enjoyed the potato salad.

Totally worth the stop! Between the home-style cooking, "southern dive" feel and exceptional service, Mark's should be on your list of destinations in Louisville.

We drive from out of town to eat at Mark's. The honey wings, cornbread, and baby back ribs are my favorite. Make sure you get the buttermilk pie!

Loved this place. Cool historic building. Hip area. Great service. Ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken were perfect. Green beans were excellent. Baked sweet potato with cinnamon butter was very good. Ice cream with buttermilk custard pie and caramel was to die for. Highly recommend.

Love, Love, love. We visit once a year and the place can't be beat. The Onion Straws are amazing! We even had a coupon for a free half order and it was huge!!!! The fried corn is great! Don't overlook the burgoo! Ribs! Our favorite thing however is the Buttermilk Crunch! Buttermilk pie with ice cream, caramel and nuts! One... More

I love Mark's Feed Store but this location has been average compared to the others. Today I had the lunch special of the pork sandwich with baked potato and fried apples. The sandwich was dry and the meat not very tender. The sides were OK. My friend enjoyed his sandwich and Burgoo. Since I didn't have the Burgoo I can't... More

I went to this restaurant for the first time on July 20, 2016. From the start, our visit was great. The hostess was friendly and answered my questions about her favorites on the menu. Our server, Halie, was excellent and helped to get me some of their spicy seasoning and wing sauce to take home with me! Everyone at our... More

The food was overall pretty good just seemed a bit generic. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain bbq place. Just not super memorable

We had my dad's memorial service catered by Mark's Feed Store and it was very nice. They did forget one of the trays but the delivery person realized the mistake and came back with it right away. The food was excellent.

They have great food. Their burgoo stew is awesome. The pulled pork sandwich and onion straws are what I always get. My family really likes the brisket, and the kid's baskets.
