Atmosphere was great. Lighting set the mood for a delicious meal. Our server, Steve was attentive but not overly assertive. The food came hot and at the right time. We sat at a booth and the noise volume was just right. The food; Voodoo shrimp was amazing. Portions were also just right. The steak was some of the best cuts we have had and the crab cakes were meaty and lightly fried. I think the cheese grit surprised me the most amazing. The cocktails we order were made very well, we asked for the martini to be a bit drier and it was delivered perfectly. i just wished I had room for their special homemade desserts! Highly recommend giving this place a try!

It is impossible to know where to start with the deserved accolades. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant without so much so that the average person would feel out of place. The service was unbelievable. Our server was Ike and if you choose to try this restaurant, please ask for him. He had great recommendations about both food and drink and his suggestions were exceptional. We chose our entrees from the special's menu because of the celebration of the New Year. My friend choose a seafood dish that had halibut and a crab cake. The halibut was light and had a delicate rich flavor that was perfectly prepared. The crab cake was crisp and added to the flavor of the crab cake. I chose a cowboy ribeye that was perfectly prepared. They would grill the steaks here and there is a soft smoky flavor that accents the steak and takes nothing away from its natural flavor, only enhancing it. The sides we had were a loaded baked potato also perfectly prepared and a macaroni dish that exploded with flavor. The salads we had were fresh and also well prepared. If you choose to dine here, you will be very pleased and again make sure to ask for Ike!

We went out with my 91 year-old aunt, at her suggestion we went to Connors. She ordered a Manhattan, supposedly just an ordinary one, but when it was delivered she took a taste and decided immediately that it did not taste right to her. When Will, our server returned, she told him, and he immediately went for a replacement, which was much better.
My aunt had told us that she had enjoyed the fish and chips that she had the last time at Connors but it was for lunch. She told Will, and he told her that even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, she could order it. That made her very happy .
My wife ordered chicken piccata, and I ordered the Korean ribs and added on a spinach and strawberry salad. We both enjoyed our dishes very much.
Only two problems: one was the level of noise, which was at times excessive. We were seated in a small room with hard surfaces all around, next to a table of eight ladies having a birthday party, and another table of six ladies celebrating a birthday. We will avoid that room at all costs in the future.
The other was the prices on the short and unimaginative wine list. Four times retail is too high (although the Washington State wine Drumheller merlot was very good).

The service is good. Generally, they're attentitive and make you feel taken care of. The food gets generally positive reviews, with a notable exception (see below). I've been twice and had the prime filet the first time around. It was good, though not my first choice in Louisville for a good filet.
I'm writing this review to call attention to the burger. It's $20, which would make you think it must be good for such a price point. It's not. First off, it's a thin patty that they don't cook to temperature. I ordered mine medium rare and they didn't bother to tell me that they don't do that. The burger that arrived at the table contained a patty that was dry, flavorless and not much warmer than room temperature. It had clearly been grilled earlier in the evening or earlier in the day. The bun was dense and way too much bread for such a thin patty. Toppings were fine.
Customers–If you're in the mood for a burger, this isn't the place to go.
Connors Mgmt–if you're not going to try, you should take it off the menu. Especially at a price of $20, you should be delivering MUCH better than that to your customers.

Arrived at about 5:00, glad I did this place gets really busy. Seated in Macy's section starting with a well-made craft cocktail, bread and infused butter was brought out very yummy. At the server's suggestion I enjoyed the blackened grouper over a bed of couscous with a side of properly steamed broccoli. Nice wine by the glass selection, the Sauvignon Blanc paired well with dinner. Great food great service and great atmosphere.

I went with my husband for the first time during dinner. The hostess was polite and after a brief wait (we had a reservation) we were seated. It took a few minutes for the server to acknowledge us but once he did he explained the specials and took our drink order. We both ordered the filet with mine being the one with blue cheese butter. Our food arrived brought by another server. Mine did not have the blue cheese butter and I let the server know. My husband began eating as the server said she would let someone know. Nobody brought it nor did our server check in with us. By the time he came to refil my husband's drink my filet was cold and my husband was almost done eating. I told him what was wrong and he tried to rectify it but it came out wrong again. A manager took it and made it correctly as well as apologized. My husband then sat while I finished. The server did not check in to make sure everything was then ok. When we got the bill we had been charged twice for the drink. No attempt at taking the meal off the bill was given.
The food was ok, but we both agreed other steakhouses were better. For $100 we'll be taking our business elsewhere next time.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband's and his uncle's birthdays at Connor's on Saturday, August 26, 2023. I had the crab and seafood bisque and the Chilean sea bass, a loaded baked potato and brussels sprouts, and it was all delicious. The brussels sprouts side is a must try. My husband had cilantro lime grilled shrimp, brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries and he said it was all great. At the end of the meal my husband and his uncle were treated to a delightful strawberry shortcake dessert on the house. The service was top notch, and the atmosphere was lively. We will definitely go back.

Left another restaurant due to bad service and tried Conner’s for the first time. Best decision ever!
Immediately greeted. When seated, the waiter was attentive and helpful when we weren’t sure what to order.
Food was amazing and service top notch! Management at this restaurant knows what they are doing, Highly recommend!

Stopped here with my wife for a late dinner after a long day on the interstates. We ordered Chicken Picata and Crab Cakes to eat, and Bourbon Barrel Ale to drink. Enjoyed it all, especially in the classy ambience this restaurant provides.
But what made the evening special was the professional service by Will. As former servers ourselves, my wife and I noted that Will’s skills are a cut way above average. He’s authentically friendly and naturally confident, easily working up some menu recommendations for my wife, who is allergic to dairy and red meat. He also knows his beer, and opened up a pleasant conversation about how our respective likes and dislikes relate to the beer offerings on tap.
Tip: If you decide to patronize this restaurant, recommend you call ahead and see if Will is working. If so, be sure to ask to be seated in his section.

Me and my husband have now visited two Connors locations and both experiences were great, but the Louisville Ky experience was something special! For one it was just the atmosphere, the people , the way they rushed to opened the doors as we walked in was just showing beyond great service and hospitality. Our Server Byron was just fantastic! I baffled between drinks and entrees and he literally helped me order everything that night. He was extremely patient as I feel it took me forever (sorry Byron😉) He made sure to be very descriptive and he also made us feel special. My husband and I both agreed that this young man is what you consider a professional waiter. He held great conversation about our traveling and etc. we would have asked the young man to join us for dinner if he wasn’t so busy lol . Great Food ! Great clean & friendly environment along with people ! Great service overall 10/10 experience ! We plan to return to Louisville in late September and we definitely look forward to returning to Connors and dining with Byron again hopefully!

Management is very responsive to groups, server’s attentiveness just right and the chef very skilled as our many lunch choices were delicious. Try the desserts…worth every calorie. Ross was managing that afternoon and led a great staff for our relaxed gathering!

We had exceptional service from the minute we arrived. Our party of 6 were late for our reservation, but they quickly accommodated us.
Our booth was comfortable and the sound level was moderate.
Almost immediately, Gabriel arrived at our table and, while making perfect eye contact, took cocktail orders and provided recommendations. Not long after he delivered drinks after making them himself.
Our orders for salads and dinner were prompt and perfect as requested.
Gabriel and his colleagues were exceptionally helpful in every way.
The cost of our evening was quite reasonable (under $300 including a generous tip) for 6.
We continue to dine here as everything we experience is always better than any other restaurant in Louisville!

We brought my family to Connors last night when they were in town visiting. Dad and I eat lunch at Connors frequently and enjoy the experience. This was my first time for dinner. It was a perfect 10! Service was timely, we didn't have to wait forever for food and the manager Kevan and his staff stopped by to check in and make sure all was going well. I ordered the halibut. I was full but had to finish it. It was the best piece of fish I have had in a long time. Perfectly cooked and the parmesan crust was yummy. I like that if you don't care for the sides listed on the menu, you can substitute any of the sides on the list (which I did). My dad and brother had the prime rib. My brother said that whatever seasoning they used was delicious. We all enjoyed what we ordered. We will definitely be back for dinner. IF you order meat, it comes with soup or salad and a side. Price is in line with other steakhouses (maybe a touch less). Very nice atmosphere too (can be a little loud if the room is full).

I order steak out about once a year as I am careful with my red meat intake. Christmas Eve alone while waiting for a flight the next day seemed a perfect time for a treat. It was luck that I found this restaurant. The 6 oz filet cooked medium was perfection--the best I can remember ever eating. The Brussels sprouts were divine and the house salad excellent as well. I sat at the bar and the lovely bartender/server offered up his wine pairing selection. It was ideal. If you are ever in Louisville, this restaurant is a do not miss.

We enjoyed dinner starting with the Lobster Dip - which has corn as an ingredient - good for me - my wife is not a fan. We both had filets that were preprepared perfectly!
We both recommend the Lobster Bisque! Our server Brett was very attentive and kept our drinks full!
