First vist to this place was on Valentine's Day. Despite having to order from a set menu (which was overpriced), and telling our waiter that we had a show to attend in two hours, we barely made the show and had to skip dessert to...get there on time. Food was 'okay' at best! Service was beyond bad. Waited forever for each course. Asked for bread which showed up (finally) with no bread plates and no butter. Our steaks arrived and we had one steak knife to share. My last glass of wine took so long that I finally walked to the bar to get it. And worst of all, no one from management ever stopped by to check on us. With a tab of $200, much more is needed.More

We were on the bourbon trail and popped in here. It does look a bit intimidating as its obviously high end but we were given an very warm welcome at the bar. The barmen popped off and got their expert bourbon person who was great...at imparting his knowledge and a great time was had by allMore

Its kind of tucked in back as you look in from the street but its a good find. It can be dark inside but the outside area is well done.

Wow what a surprise this was. Cant really see it from the street as it has a long entry but its a gem.

I love gnocchi and saw it on the menu with fennel bulbs and spinach. I went for it but it wasn’t gnocchi at all. Kind of a soft potato cake with some rigatoni added on top. Strange. Tasted okay, just not what I ordered. The...waiter said the chef had a different “take” on the dish. Guess so.More

My three friends and I have dinner here on a warm day. We sat out on the partially covered and air conditioned patio, which was so nice and comfortable. Everything we ordered was delicious from the pate mousse and eggplant dip to the gnocchi and...salmon. We really relaxed and enjoyed our time after a day of site seeing at Churchill Downs and in the historic district of Louisville. Highly recommend it.More

Unique place in the center of downtown. Lot of different dining areas make for an interesting place. Good food. Good service.

The atmosphere is pretty open. Decent menu for food and drink. Pet friendly. Good for just getting a drink or having a meal.

A very large, yet intimate restaurant in an excellent location. Attractive, nice courtyard, great spaces for groups. A perfect place for a drink near 4th and Broadway. I wish the food was better. I'm rather shocked at the "great" reviews, as i failed to witness...or taste anything good. First, on a Saturday night the crowd was about 25. The bartender's (2) were 3 year olds, throwing glasses in the trash from 6 feet away and being foolish. One glass broke near the ice. The food was designed to be creative, but was really unjointed. Watermelon gazpacho was like a syrup; quail was fine, but covered in burnt baby carrots and some type of sauce. The Salmon was standard. The gnooci was mediocre with an bland and burned side dish. Dessert was from a bakery, a plain nutella sauce and standard chocolate cake. Our waitress was sweet, but needed to wash her uniform. The place isn't cheap - about 95 bucks without liquor, but it really misses nearly every mark.More

My husband and I were visiting Louisville and found the Marketplace online. We went on Tuesday evening for dinner and happened to make their happy hour. We had half price old fashioned before our dinner. We had the stuffed quail and the gnocchi and both...were delicious. The hostess and our waitress were also both top notch.More
