This is the 2nd cake I have ordered from Mondelli's. The first was a Minecraft cake for my grandson and a WWE cake for my other grandson! Let me say...perfection! Cake so moist and buttercream icing is to die for! And the other baked goods are delicious. Baklava is a favorite and was sooo delicious. Will order all my cakes from here from now on!!!

We went in and ordered a birthday cake to pick up two days later. The chocolate cake was the best I've had in years! Moist and fresh with delicious chocolate buttercream icing. One person found the icing a little too sweet, but I loved it. The 8 inch round two-layer cake served 8, and we only ate slightly more than half! At $33, the cost is on par with a grocery store bought cake and 100% better quality. The woman at the counter didn't accept payment until we picked it up. Great experience.

moist white cake, the most amazing buttercream icing. My favorite petifores. Had to get a cream horn while I was there. Did I mention the cookies? Love them. Most all of them.

Ordered this yellow cake with buttercream frosting for a party. Not only was it beautiful but probably the best cake I’ve ever eaten. This little gem is tucked in a small shopping center. A must stop if you need a celebratory cake or other bakery items.

Really nice family place. It is always a hit when you bring a box of Mondelli's as a hostess gift! The baked goods were not only pretty, but kind of fancy, I just love petit fours and theirs were YUM.
I wish they had a few lower priced options they are like special occasion priced

Have always loved this bakery but will never take my business there again. In June, I purchased three $7 Groupons for $45 worth of goods. Unfortunately, my Groupon expired so my $45 was now only worth $21, what I paid for it - my own fault. I lost my Groupon value but wanted to use my $21 credit to purchase two dozen donuts for my daughter's birthday. The bakery refused to allow me to use two of the three credits, arguing I could only use one per visit. This is only the policy for Groupon use, not store credit. I asked if I could purchase one dozen and return later to purchase the second dozen (that would be two visits); I was told "no". I asked if I could purchase one dozen and my daughter purchase the second dozen; I was told "no".
I ended up purchasing one dozen from Mondelli's and my second dozen from Krispie Kreme, who actually provided much better customer service. I understand the rules of a Groupon - one per visit. However, I was not using a Groupon (as it had expired); I was using store credit. I paid Mondelli's $21 in June which correlates to a store credit. It is wrong to tell me how and when I can use the credit. It was paid for 3 months prior. I have never had a store dictate how I use a store credit. I was not pleased at all with this experience. I will use the rest of my credit and will never return. I have loved this family-owned business for years (I have purchased their hot cross buns every Easter for as long as I can remember) but this horrible customer service was irresponsible and, frankly, illogical. Truly disappointed.

Tried the strawberry cupcake! The frosting was delicious. Cake was moist. A friend tried the cheesecake cookie, which was also good. A couple friends with us said their cookies were a little dry though. I liked mine!

I was told and also read that their butter cream icing was exceptional and they did not disappoint. I ordered a birthday cake for my son with some artwork (a guitar) and when I saw it I was so happy. It was beautiful and very detailed. The price was reasonable, it tasted fantastic and we will definitely go there again when were are in town.
